It's getting better now. The site is returning to life. I admit, I was feeling depressed, and thought this was gonna die, but you people saved it. It has returned back to life, and you have no idea what the extent of my happiness is now.
But, we need to wrap up this annoying arc.

Would we start a new arc after that? If so, who decides what the arc is and who is involved in the arc?

The admins decide the next arc. I already know, along with a few select others, what the next arc is to be, but I'm afraid that is classified at this point of time.

Like Nighty said, the new thread arc is already decided. But if you want, you can always send a PM to an admin and reccommend ideas. They're always looking for new, good material. And hopefully the next arc wont end up petering out like this one did. >_<

What about a prequel arc? A retrospective look at the Golden age of this particular universe. I would offer a great opportunity to further this universes mythos and might even offer a chance to create some new characters that could stand the test of time. Once the arc finished, we could return back normal timeline progression with a more established history to back us up. Plus it would be cool to see the fairly campy characters of the days of old, now in the present with upgraded looks and powers.

I honestly think the next two arcs should pan out just fine, with me, Slam, Keil, and Toba handling it all it should get finished in a proper time frame, us knowing what it is like to have "eternal" chapter.
As for your idea Coffin, we will keep that in mind, mainly for a chapter after this one, because with so many people leaving I am not sure if we will be able to do the F.E.A.R.E chapter.

It truly is getting better, we've recently had 20 members on at the same time!
The FEARE chapter isn't likely unless you begin recruiting people like crazy, like I'm doing for SCAR.

Also, what happened to GUN? For all intents and purposes, since it's members have left, we no longer have a GUN. Are we planning on letting that die, or are we reviving it?

Most of the self-proclaimed 'heroes' are basically vigilantes, nowadays. Looking for scraps in the streets, walking around. It'd be nice if there were an organized League of Heroes, but there just isn't. I'm not sure where the Moderators want to go with GUN. I'm technically in the Group, but I've never actually Roleplayed joining their organization. I just wanted a color.

GUN used to do shit, then it's members left, so it's unofficially disbanded. We used to have epic battles between GUN and SCAR, but those stopped before your time, junior.
