I agree with both here, I have one question, Can I move my points from cass and katachi to tobais and gunslinger? One beecause cass is leaving at end of chapter, and I beleive katachi is dying next chapter sooo, that leaves my other two.

As for potential, hmm make him a mod and put him in charge of moderating his system?

Everyone that is present at the end of this chapter gets it Potentially, as for you Mat 1 or 2 per character no more.

Okay chill the fuck out, you asked for point transfer, I said no. You can't end a conversation by saying "Here are the reasons I should get it, *sarcastic comment about me accepting your rule*"

I understand that Im not getting the transfer and I am aware of it and I agreed to the declining of transfer. I admit it was a little disappointing that it didn't work out BUT I can let it go.

What else am I supposed to say. "yayayay it didnt work?" That just sounds downright retarded.

ONE OR TWO PER CHARACTER. Which I understand to be PER CHARACTER. You are asking to potentially gain 4 points on characters that had nothing to do with the ending, which is stupid.
It's basically me making my Dr. I told you about, and Araska, and Kezia, all this chapter, and then dumping Kezia and Kabel to make my new characters rigged right off the bat.
Now I know you have already decided to not transfer, but RRRRRRRRRRRRAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I'm sitting right across from Slam, who says that ACCOUNTS gain points on every CHARACTER they have. It's not so much a bonus for the characters for their 'increased experience' or whatever, but a thank you to the players that have stuck around the long, stretched out chapter.
And another thing I just got from Slam, this does not also include characters that have not been made yet. Once the points are given, they are for characters existing then, not any you make a week later.

Heh, you said pretty much what I wanted to say. But Matt had already conceded the point, so I didnt want to incite arguments. Been doin that too much lately, lol.

Does this include characters that have already been approved, but are not implemented in the site until C5? Like Chainer. Does it include characters awaiting approval? And when is the cutoff point for characters soon-to-be-made. I'd rather not have a flood of new characters made just to take advantage of the free points. Better specify now, before it comes up later.
