Going to Heck...(:P)

Shamgarel walked with hastey() into the GUN Lounge. He waited for the others to arrive, quite impatiently. Pacing back and forth he waited for the others, to ask them to go to Hell( again).

(bad weather incoming... me=inactive)

Cassiel bursted into the room by half flying half shoulder charging into the door... He had informed Xyron and Stephen, but It was not up to Cassiel if they would join or not. He hunched over slightly exausted from hurrying around, "I still think we should have a plan..." he said.

"No doubt my friend. I've formulated one in my head but it's running off of what I can only assume are fairly outdated memories." Shamgarel ran his hands through his hair. He was so stressed from all of this, so much so that he hadn't slept for days. Not that he actually needed it, but it was still nice. "I don't want to go in there blind. If it was by myself I wouldn't mind as much, but coordinating a hit squad through Hell isn't exactly a cake walk. Especially with the guilt I'd feel if any of you fell. I don't think I could lose someone else. Zophiel...possibley Jacie...I couldn't handle it."

"Thats the thing! If you would give time I could give you live updates. By God if I wanted to I could show you." He said as he pulled out his collapsable telescope and extended it. He then pushed a button and it became longer, almost the length of Uriel, "This is how I was able to watch Earth from Heaven. In the same manner, I can watch Hell as well."

Faith slipped into the room quietly on soft wings and carefully placed feet, she landed almost silently on the floor. Had it not been for a silent whoosh of the air as her wings lowered her to the floor she would have been inaudible.
"Interesting device there," she smiled slightly, motioning to the object in the mans hands. Being there, so close, even though she had only had her own body back for a couple of weeks, and not knowing them that well, was a sign of her loyalty.

Xyron also entered the room, somber from the prior events. He had a tired look in his eyes, as if he had been up far too long. With the constant attacks from Demons, the Medical Bay was being overrun with wounded heroes, and Xyron had taken upon himself to soothe as many of them as possible, even if it meant working all throughout the night.. Not that sleep was possible right now anyway for the cleric Angel. His empathic powers were pulsing with the cries of the injured, so much that even in the solitude of his room, Xyron would be plagued by their pain.

But now wasnt the time for such worries. Cassiel had approached him with news of the assault into hell, and Xyron would be damned () if he would miss the chance to help.

"Greetings friends. I apologize for my tardiness. I hope I havent yet missed anything?"

"Not yet Xyron, my old friend. I'm glad to see you were willing to accompany me. It means a great deal." Shamgarel forced a smile at his friend, trying to appear as welcoming as possible, considering the events of late. "We're just waiting on Stephen now."

Seeing her friends discomfort Faith really wanted to help him. He'd helped her human when she'd needed it. Thinking to herself she slipped off the locket she wore around her neck and then moved to Xyon with an angelic grace. Her blonde, near to white hair fell around her high cheek bones, her blue eyes were cool but filled with worry as she handed it to him.
"It helped me when I had troubles, it's a storage device in some respects, it channels some of the things you don't want out of you... It helped when I don't want to hear Scarlets thoughts, it might help you."

Xyron returned Slam's smile. "Think nothing of it, friend. I have been here since the start of it, and I should like to see it through to the conclusion. Besides, I wouldn't think of letting you steal ALL the glory of invading Hell a second time."

(You're awesome, Ember. I was just wondering how the heck Xyron was going to be able to stand venturing into Hell with his Empathy working overtime. One person channeling all the pain of Hell is not a desired feeling, XD)
Faith approached Xyron, offering him the locket. He took it graciously, wondering what she meant. But as he fitted the chain around his neck, he could feel his extra-sensory pain dimming down. He marveled at the feeling, his face hardly concealing his wonder. "A remarkable gift, Faith. Thank you very much." He bowed his head slightly in deferrence, indicating his thanks. "This should allow me to concentrate more on the task at hand, without the distractions of the pain surrounding me. I doubt Hell will be a pleasant place for an Empath." He smiled at her, trying his best to lighten the ominous feeling permeating the room.

Faith managed a gracious blush before she nodded her head gently.
"It's fine," her soft smile swept her lips to the side as her blond hair slowly fell over one of her crystal blue eyes. "I could help you train if you wished, being with Scarlet we learned a few ways in which helps to stop the thoughts all the time. It's not magic, just simple meditation and that, it's really useful if you're interested," her eyes widened slightly. She didn't want him to feel like she was presurising him. Faith really was an angel - pure inside and out.

Cassiel dismissed the converstation between Xyron and Faith because it didn't concern him. He focused on his telescope, trying to bend light so he could project what he could see to everyone. He bent light through it so that a spread, similar to an overhead projector was cast upon the floor. It didn't show Hell just yet. He needed a little more time, "If I can get this right, I can show everyone here at once what is going on in Hell." He fiddled with the focus as he waited for everyone to gather.

Xyron nodded his agreement. "I've never been one to scoff at the power of meditation. I use it now and again myself, though admittedly only for talking with Azrael, or as a calming technique. I hadn't thought of applying it as a dampening effect." He looked her in the eye, his own black irides staring into her blue. Xyron's eyes set him apart, even from other angels. But here, amidst his heavenly allies, was one of the few times he felt comfortable enough to leave them unconcealed. He broke the eye contact as he continued. "So I would be honored with your assistance. And now we have something to look forward to upon our safe return." The cheerful tone in the Angel's voice implied that, despite the odds stacking up against them, they WOULD return safely. Especially if Xyron had a say in the matter.

As Cassiel announced his intent, he caught Xyron's attention. The Fallen Seraphim glanced over, curious as to what The Watcher was attempting to show.

Faith felt the shivers roll over her skin as she looked into his eyes. She blinked twice to try and stop the falling sensation she had and was viciously reminded of when she was dragged from Heaven and the horrible feeling she had felt then. Wincing at the memory she was glad her eyes were elsewhere around the room.
Then she seemed to 'come back to Earth' as she looked at Cass with a slight curiosity, her head tilted to one side as she watched. Being a young angel she wasn't really use to this sort of technology and was eager to see how it worked.

Cassiel focused harder trying to shut out distractions. They were waiting on reinforcements and until then Cassiel would stall the angels from running in without him. The light flashed brightly and briefly, when that settled the area that the scope pointed at showed the Gates of Hell. Cassiel moved the telescope and the area of Hell shifted over in the same direction. Cassiel could not speak, not without someone funneling light into the scope. He just couldn't multitask all this together.
