Personality: She seems to be neutral and not side with anyone, but always wants to be powerful. This power lust leads her along the path of evil, because she would rather appear to be innocent than have her plan known by all. She will turn on someone if it will allow her to advance her power further or just if she no longer feels like dealing with them. So basically, nice until she stabs you in the back.

History: She doesn't remember anything from up until a year ago when she turned 15. She knows her name and that she had woken up one morning completely confused without knowing what had happened to her or why she was lying in the sand. She felt her palms burning as she lay in the sand that morning trying to remember who she was or anything about her past really. This was when Lucii first discovered her power, she had felt completely confused, scared, and alone, so she thought of an animal that she somehow had known was friendly. A dog. When her thought formed, her hands let out a blast of power and the sand beneath them formed into a dog, coming to life.

After discovering her power she had gone everywhere with the dog, figuring out how to live, making a life for herself. A year later, she lives in a small apartment in New York City, living her dream of becoming more and more powerful in the world.

Powers: She can form anything with sand, as long as she can imagine it. Her hands generate a blast of electricity, molding the sand into whatever she wants it to be. It can be, and usually is, a living animal that protects her and bids her command.

Limits: cannot transform sand unless it is within two yards of her hands. She can only form one animal or thing out of sand at a time, but can control up to 3 that have been formed. Also, in order to control the animal she has formed, she must have concentration while forming it and know what the animal can do and how it works.

Roleplay Sample: Lucii's loyal sand jaguar sauntered alongside her as she made her way down the street towards Times Square. The stars above gleamed; Lucii felt power. The city was lit up and darkly beautiful at night. She turned down an alleyway. A hobo was there in the alley and he grabbed at her trying to find money. Lucii's jaguar growled at the man as it struck him with its razor sharp claws. Lucii was prepared to summon a snake from the dirt in the sidewalk to poison the man if her jaguar couldn't kill him. The jaguar tore at his throat, loyally protecting its master Lucii, who controlled everything it was doing. His fangs tore open the skin, spilling blood everywhere, but the jaguar didn't stop attacking until it was sure the hobo was injured enough that he couldn't hurt Master Lucii.

So she shoots electricity and has sand powers? Or does the electricity form the sand into what she wants it to be?

The electricity forms the sand into what she wants it to be. Just sand, except for the fact that the electricity changes the molecules of the sand into whatever substance she is thinking of.

So she has super sand alchemy?

Yes, I think that's what you'd call it.
