Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Leo Hamion
Real Name: Leo Hamion
Renegade Name: Impact
Title: Shockwave
Alignment: Renegade
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Brown
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 164 lbs.
Costume Description/Image:
In a suit of high tech armor, Impact is covered head to toe and even added a few extra pieces of armor including a shoulder armor pad, forearm guards, and a waist guard. His mask has no eyes, mouth, or ear holes. The armor seems to glow with a light blue energy that powers the suit, yet the suit is more of a buffer to dampen his own powers.
Item: Shock Absorbtion Armor
Personality: A shy man if there ever was one, yet this personality seems to be hidden once he changes into Impact. For the most part, Leo keeps quiet to himself, his hood up and covering his face, sunglasses blocking his eyes from most light, and headphones covering his ears fully. Leo cannot stand loud sounds, bright lights, and to much interaction with lots of people in a group. With a quiet personality, a gentle voice in which he rarely uses, and a very good observer, Leo rarely stands out from a crowd and seems to shun areas too brightly lit. He is a casual type of guy who often wants to be left alone and enjoy sweets and breads.
As a tech geek, Leo has a fondness for machines and high tech armor, examing them and even taking his time to work on making his own little items and machines, sometimes helping someone repair or make some high tech object for cash, earning himself some good extra pocket money. This fondness for tech has blue prints, broken gear and items that never worked, and even prototypes of weapons hanging all over his studio apartment. Yet with all this tech stuff, he tries his hardest not to use his natural born powers, fearing them slightly to a point in which he would only use them if his life was in danger.
Yet this seems to change when Leo changes into Impact, though, its like a completely different person with a like for battle and an almost over use of his power. With the armor absorbing a good amount of the reject and impact forces, he uses his powers like they are a wonderful toy. Impact also has a love for the green and generally offers up his help for the side who pays him well. Yet there is an illusion of good in which Impact would side with the group who is trying to stop a city from being blown up or the world from ending. This 'goodness' is actually a collection of sinning that Impact enjoys, from lust to greed and even gluttony and sloth. Impact likes spending his money.
History: Leo Hamion was born into life under the eyes of his mother and father, both who enjoy taking in money and reapplying it to any stock options that seemed good at the time. Their penthouse suite over looked some buildings, but was dwarfed by others as well, showing that while they were well off, they weren't rolling in money and buying golden toliets and using twenties as toliet paper. In this life, Leo was home schooled, given almost anything he wanted, and treated like a prince.
He grew up to the age of six when he first began to exhibit his powers, now and then slamming his fists on a counter and demanding something only for a glass nearby to crack slightly. More and more, things would crack or break when he hit them, as if he was stronger then he should of been. Soon his parents were having him examined and studied, and by the time he was 8, he had begun to develop a sensativity to light and loud noises, causing small shockwaves to crack the ground or glasses around him when he was stressed or over-stimulated.
His parents now began to shelter him in their suite, keeping him in a dim room, his walls made out of sound proof materials. He no longer got toys he wanted and barely got to do anything he used to. Now and then he'd hear his parents on the phone speaking in hushed voices that seemed to ring loudly in his ears. They were scared, but not about him, but about their reputation. Now and then he'd hear them talking about sending him away to a school or institute. He began to see a few more 'specialist' now, people testing him and some of them even causing him to use his powers.
A stronger force soon caused Leo to cause a powerful impact, breaking four ribs of a man who saw him while brusing most of his hand and breaking his middle finger. He had learned that his stronger impacts caused him pain as well, and Leo began to fear his weekly visits, sometimes the people worked to make him use stronger impacts then before. Leo learned he could reduce the kenetic energy of an object and then return a half of the kenetic energy back at a target, but he took 1/4th of the damage. At least that is what the 'specialists' said, agreeing to. He also learned something new though, was that he could store the kenetic energy for a while for a stronger blast.
One day though, two 'specialists' came and began to do experiments much rougher then before, the kenetic energy he was absorbing was being collected, forced into him more and more. When he rejected the energy, the pain was so immense that he blacked out. Flashes of white lights moving ahead. A man in a mask bending over him. A mask and foul smelling air. A soft bed and a cold room. The next time he woke up, he let out a loud groan and looked around, feeling pain in both arms. His arms where in casts, from fingers to shoulders, and his chest and legs were wrapped in slightly pinked bandages. A doctor came in and told him that the bones in his arms shattered almost completely, and it would be a maricle if they healed fully. His chest and legs were covered in cuts and brushes caused by blunt damge.
It was then that he learned that his parents had been hospitalized from what seemed like blunt force and that their suite had all glass and ceramic shattered and that the neighbors swore they heard something similar to a sonic boom. For several months Leo laid in bed, thinking of his parents and why they never visited him, yet he knew that his bills were still being paid. By the time a year had passed, Leo's arms were almost back to normal and with the assistance of a nurse or a doctor, he began to roam the hospital, walking around with dark sunglasses and ear plugs. It was when he was 13 years old that he learned his parents wanted him to spend his days in a mental institution, drugged and kept out of view, and this only caused him to pull back into himself more.
For five years he stayed in the institution, staying to himself, keeping from the sun and the loud noises, yet soon he began to become restless. It was in his 3rd year that someone sent him his first robotics kit, and with this he began to make the robots, after he built them he'd take them apart and began to remake them. He would ask for more and more, speaking to his nurse and due to them thinking that this was a good step, they got him more and more, as well as more advanced kits, his parents happily buying them and keeping people quiet. By his 5th year, Leo had created a grand collection of machines, robots, and the most interesting, something that seemed like arm armor.
It was with this armor that the 18 year old Leo made his daring escape, the armor acting as a low damper to his impacts, making them a little less painful. It was with this that he had destroyed several doors, and by the time he left the area, his arm was bleeding from impact cuts and felt like his arm was almost at its breaking point. Within a few weeks he had sneaked into a warehouse, one filled with what looked like old computers and tools, and began to make things, and he had even formed a small bedroom within the warehouse hidden by many things. He began to remake the armor he had designed with better parts and even used computer parts to make the armor stronger, better, and much better to absorb his rejects.
With his armor being worked on and his skills improving, Leo began to take up jobs, repairing computers, toys, machines, and things of the like. The more jobs he took the more money he got, and with better money came better equipment. His armor was soon fuctional and he took it out now and then for a few test runs, and he felt different in his armor. He felt powerful, like his abilties were a gift, a gift he needed to use. With this, Impact was born and he began to take mercenary jobs, helping or harming people and gaining much more money then usual. He moved out of his warehouse room and into an apartment and began to use extra money to improve his armor until his final model now, the armor on his shoulder harboring a claw mark from one of his more interesting jobs.
Powers:
Impact- This is the basic power of Leo, in which using his hands or his feet, he absorbs kenetic energy of a person, object, or power. If the power has no physical form he cannot stop it with Impact. Normal and Energy attacks can be subject to impact, but the force can still harm, push, and knock Impact back and down. Impact can absorb one or many attacks and store up the kenetic energy for later use, but only for a total of two hours.
Reject- This is the sister power to Impact. Using his hands or feet, Leo releases some or all of the kenetic energy he had absorbed in order for combat, a shield, or for moving quickly and jumping off air. The downside to this power is that the stronger reject that he uses, the more damage it does to himself. While to the target, Reject is half of the strength of the original impact, its a forth of the damage sent back at Leo. This makes him try not to use a reject that would be too strong, fearing the damage to his own body.

Roleplay Sample: Leo walked down the dark street, seeing the lights around him flicker on and off some. Off in the distance he could hear two cats mewling loudly at each other, probably over territory or a mate or food or something stupid. Even with his headphones blocking off sounds he still disliked the hisses and sharp meows. With a turn down an alleyway he soon came upon a doorway in which what looked liked technological items kept it closed. Placing both hands on spots on the wall, Leo sent two reject blasts into the wall, triggering sensors that caused the door to open. Slipping in quickly, Leo watched as the lights turned on in his apartment, seeing the dim lights sparkle off a few of the metallic scarps and items that hung from the walls and littered the floor.
Pressing on another wall sensor and sending a reject into it, Leo walked down a staircase and into a large room, seeing several pieces of armor placed within reach of each other, and without a word he began to slide the parts on. The boots came on first, then the legs and his torso. He placed his arms on and then removed his sunglasses and slid on the helmet, seeing nothing but darkness for a moment. Soon the darkness cleared slightly and Leo could see out of the helmet like there was nothing in the way, and he heard the armor softly click together. He began to walk toward the small doorway that led to a sewer system, picking up the shoulder armor and placing it on, looking at the three claw marks with pride. "Now then, what shall we do tonight~" He said, his voice slightly mechanical sounding, his fingers clenching.
