Nuke'Em Bar

Name: "Nuke'Em Bar" Officially: Radioactive Energy Bar
Ability: When Dr.Everyone consumes one of these expensive and highly radioactive bars (basically melted plutonium put into water and frozen) his atoms become more charged than normal, allowing him to move his atoms (like move them to make a hole in his stomach) and say, dodge a bullet without moving. It is rare he would be carrying one and because of the materials used to make one it's expensive, meaning he'd only ever have a few ready to use and only once in a great while would he actually have one on him.
Description: A mostly clear Popsicle like bar which is lightly glowing green.
