Costume Description/Image: Toki doesn't have a costume, only his clothes.

Personality: Toki is calm, cool and collected and constantly lives a warriors style of living. He reads books and excercises regularly and meditates as well. He never gloats, but says what is obvious to him. He is intensely loyal and has a strict code of honor, taking principles from Bushido, he never betrays those he considers his friends and would walk with them through Hell if they asked. As Patience, it is without question that he rarely ever get's angry, and however angry he gets he can easily quell it and calm himself.

History: Toki was born into a small-time family, which had little money to support themselves let alone another child. He was dropped off at an orphanage in another town and stayed there for half of his life. He was eventually adopted due to his gifted intelligence and was taken in by a middle class family. After a few years, Toki noticed that he was beginning to show signs of super powers. He continued to train himself in these powers so that he wouldn't lose control over them and hurt someone close to him. However, he eventually did.

On his 14th birthday, he had a party with his friends and then saw that his girlfriend was making out with another guy. Enraged, his powers went berserk and caused the house to collapse with everyone he knew inside. Toki awoke as the only survivor and destined for another orphanage. Instead, he ran away from his homeland and arrived in the United States to start fresh. Toki used his powers to steal jewellry from people he felt didn't need the extra weight on them. (Drug lords, Business owners etc.)

From that point on, he never let his anger get the best of him, learning that if he ever did he could kill another person important to him. From then on, Toki worked his mind to the point that he would never get angry, making him a perfect member to join the Hero group of the Seven Virtues, taking his mantle as Patience, giving up his life of crime and serving the greater good.

Weapons: Toki carries around an O-katana which is made from mixing several metals that make it indestructable, it is also equipped with a propulsion jet on the butt if the hilt, which allows strategic movement along the battlefield. The sheathe is also made out of a blend of iron wood and metal, which make it indestructable as well.

Powers: Toki's powers dwell within quantum and spacetime science. With his powers he controls 4; Gravity, Electromagnetism, Tachyons, and Zero Point Energy.

With Gravity, Toki can create large amounts of gravity or take it away, depending on the situation and alter gravitational pull. He can also make gravity balls that function like black holes or white holes, which are used in different needs, like making a building implode or causing a thick door to rip itself apart. This power allows him to repel and pull matter of all kinds, but it has no effect on energy.

With Electromagnetism he can create a personal force field that is able to withstand a thermonuclear explosion and is able to manipulate ferrous metals, though he can manipulate other metals to an extent. He can create EMP's and make instant Railguns, as well as generate electric currents. Magnetism controls only metals and has no affect on other kinds of matter, however the personal force field protects him from all forms of energy but he can still be sent flying from attacks of sufficient force.

With Tachyons he can create shrouds of energy which he can place around objects such as blades and allows them to cut through almost anything, though this power requires physcial contact with his hands, but by focusing into a weapon like a sword he can create blades of tachyon energy which he can fire at opponents. Tachyons effect everything, even energy, able to cut its way through.

With Zero-Point energy, he can create a vast amount of energy for machinery or weapons. This power keeps him healthy, making him immune to tabacco and other drugs. This allows him to drink, smoke and do drugs without fear of any health risks. It also induces a healing factor, thanks to his control of Zero-Point Energy, which make his body go back to its origin, closing even fatal or crippling wounds. Combining his powers allows him to generate wormholes, which make safe and quick travel. This power does not effect anything other than Toki himself, or machinery which take in the power of the energy like Toki's sword.

Toki is a master of Iaido, a katana sword style that utilizes both sword and sheathe, his sword swings are so fast that he can slice and block rapid fire bullets. His style puts emphasis on speed and agility and also utilizes the special propulsion jet on the end of the katana hilt. His style allows quick speed and makes him less reliant on his powers.

Character Image/Description: Toki is a rather attractive young man, and wears loose fitting clothes that are made out of a specially made fabric which is harder than steel. He also carries around a katana made out of a special blend of metals, making it extremely sharp and dense.

Roleplay Sample: Toki sat at a bar and ordered another shot of rum, thinking about his life and all the things that happened in the past. He thought of his girlfriend, Yoko, his father and mother. All the people who died on his 14th birthday died because of him. Toki let a tear slide down his cheek, he knew he was being childish on that day, being angry at Yoko, the love of his life, despite he himself being a well known flirt. Toki took one last shot and then left the money for the bill on the counter as he walked out.

As Toki walked through the alleyways, he spotted a young woman getting attacked by a group of men. Instantly, he moved into action, he used his Zero-Point capture beam to catch two of the assailants and tossed them aside. He used his magnetic powers to bind three more with a metal bar. The last three each made different choices. The first came head first into a charge towards Toki, who retaliated by increasing the gravity around the man, making him unable to move, the second pulled out a knife and attempted to slash Toki, who took the cigarette he was smoking and used it to slice the blade off the knife. The third and final one pulled out a gun and shot at Toki, who stopped it with his magnetic powers and shot it back in the form of a railgun projectile, shooting back into the gun and causing it to explode.

Toki placed all of the assailants in a cage made of random poles and carts and was meant to be uncomfortable. Toki looked at the frightened woman and offered her a hand, which she gratefully took. Toki brought her to the police station, but disappeared before the police were able to get a glimpse of him.

Once again I'm going to say no, these powers seem way to OP.

Not in my opinion, he controls literally EVERYTHING I have been talking about lately, he controls 4 parts of physics, with these powers, he can almost control everything. He can teleport (Not gonna happen), Electromagnitism (Which means he can instantly kill someone using Gamma rays, which is part of the electromagnetic spectrum, and considering that that is one of Percival's few powers it is not going to happen.)

The only two powers I will allow from this unless nerfed a lot will be the other two.

I know that. x.x; Meh. It's true, Xan. You cannot start out as someone so powerful. =\ You gotta earn the right to be the best. You cannot just be the best. You gotta scrap those two powers. =\

That and you also have one of Teiji's only powers without any kind of super speed.
