:"Whaa...Where am I" Another one of the Dr's victims asks himself dazed. A old tv set turns on and a creepy puppet appears on the screen.

"Hello, are you ready?" The puppet asks.

"What do you want with me" The victim screams.

"This room is about to be flooded... you exactly 30 mins to escape this room or you will die." The puppet continues. "Check the room for clues wear the key is and you will be free"

The tv turns off and a buzzer sounds.

The man scrambles looking for clues, he finds an audio tape and plays it. The same eerie voice of the puppet.

"Mommy always said she had eyes in the back of her head, If I were you I wish i could see the back of mine"

The tape stops and the man thinks about it.

Then he finds a bloody diagram with a drawing of a head and a key drawn in the back of the skull.

"Man found drowned in his bed with gouge wounds to his face...self inflicted"
