He carries a trenchcoat lined with many different guns on the inside of his trenchcoat effectively doubles as a layer of armor. He wears an impact/peircing proof vest, along with a belt of grenades over his shoulder. He has a belt of many gadgets around his waist. He also carries a military style backpack, which holds heavier weapons.

Personality: Very talkative, but remains quiet on the specific details of his weapons. He will explain what kind of gun it is but he will not speak on how they work. Hiding behind a verbal wall of "Classifieds." In battle he tends to be very quiet, as needed for sniping, traping, etc.

History: He was born into the US military by orders of the Secret Service and his life was carefully planned out before conception. His parents genes were genetically modified so that Gunslinger as the offspring would be perfect. He was not given a name but was rather called by the callsign: "Gunslinger."
Under intense teaching, he was reading and speaking before he was 1. He was already pulling off headshots at 3. By the time he was 10 he was transferred to the Chinese Army to advance through their drills and ranks in 5 years. Gunslinger exceeded expectations by reaching Shang Xiao in 3 years. He learned many of the secrets and technologies of the Chinese Army. He was then ordered by the US military to desert China and return to US.
He obeyed and was immeadiately promoted to 2nd Lieutenant General. Gunslinger was then researching into militia tech. He was then found too dangerous at that rank, and instead of demoting him, the General of the Army gave orders to terminate Gunslinger with the reward of three promotion ranks for his head.
At this point Gunslinger was watching over the entire militia, naval, and air forces all at once. He recieved the orders of termination before they were in effect. Gunslinger, took only the blueprints and schematics of all his research and locked the government's power grid down with the highest Chinese encryption key he knew of.
Gunslinger deserted to New Mexico where he sold his least valuble technologies to fund a genetic reconstruction, and he established a self propeled factory in the middle of the desert. Where he makes the technologies he stole.
He is currently in need of resources and money, peferebly underground or black market style marketing.

Goggles: Night, Thermal, Electromagnetic, X-ray vision avalible

Special Bullets: Every bullet is double shelled. The outer shell has enough space to house small nanotechnologies inbetween the bullets. In these gaps the bullets have a camera on the tip of the bullet that sees in thermal, Night, Electromagnetic, and X-ray. These shells have a microprocessor in the back of the bullet. the Microprocessor is doughnut in shape so that the hammer ignights the powder in the second shell. The rear end of the bullet has 16 wings that pop out at the microprocessor's programming to effectively curve the bullet 45 degrees from the shot direction for every 100 feet. It can read obstructions and attempts to doge or block the bullet and effectively curve around it as nessacarily. The microprocessor is capable of reading things perfectly in bullet-time, and has a projected fail-rate of .002%.

Nullification Bullets: At the height of US militia technologies, they cracked the superhero genome and was working to undermine it and effectivly nullify superheroes. However, the only prototype Gunslinger stole. It is a special bullet coated with a substance that nullifies superheroes powers just long enough for the second shell to hit and deal damage. That is applied to only passive abilities such as super-endurance, it will nullify the super-endurance to deal damage and it is instantly reactivated. On forced activated skills such as activated Super-Speed. It will stop the skill until forced reactivation.
Gunslinger has quite a few of these but is more limited than Special Bullets.

Copycat Bullets: The Chinese Militia had cracked the Superhero Genome before the US and is why Gunslinger was sent to steal their Technologies. They created a way to transfer nullified powers of a Nullification Bullet into "Copycat Bullets" on the next bullet in the Clip at 75% efficiency. The copycatted bullet does not nullify unless it stole a Nullification power. Passive abilities such as Super endurance remain active at 75% Efficiency until removed from contact from Gunslinger's body in which the effect is removed from the bullet. The bullet may be removed from the clip and stored elsewhere.
Gunslinger has quite a few of these but is more limited than Nullification Bullets.

Phantom Shot: At the hight of the Chinese militia, they perfected the Heisenburg Uncertainty Principle and was able to use it as a prototype weapon. That said Gunslinger made an invention towards the end of his military career. It is a modified M82A1 50. caliber Sniple Rifle equipped with souped up completly negating Special Bullets. When the trigger is pulled the scope instatanously (as in 99% speed of light) markes the target. The bullet then dissapears from this dimension and reappears when and wherever the marked target is, even if the target is in another dimension, on contact and a 50. caliber round destroyes the target. (See nullification bullet Above) This bullet is so powerful, it destroyes the barrel and must be replaced to use again. Because it only controlls the Electrons and all of the electrons of the 50. Cal is reduced proportionally to a .308. moving at the same destructive speed and peircing capabilities.



NOTE: Although his speed is eqivalent of 4 and his EP is equivalent to 0, it is offset by his equipment to the powergrid above. This being said, his trigger reflexes is still at 4 speed but his overall speed is averagely 1. The same example applies to his EP.

All in all not too bad but .50 cals make me cringe.

I like how his speed is 1. Them guns (And grenades, ammunition and armor) are heavy lol. Probably very immobile for a normal human.

I want to make a char called the Man In Black just so we can have a line saying

"The Man In Black ran across the desert, and the Gunslinger followed."

Night, you just jumped like 10 spots in my book for this. I loved that series, so much. Did you know that he (SK) made another series that actually has Roland as a King? I havent been able to start it yet, but it MIGHT be a continuation.

so he uses bullets to negate powers....ok.
