Character Costume: He doesn’t have much of a costume, it’s more just jeans with his hoodie. The hoodie is black with a small emblem of two white wings in a circle on the left side of his chest. It has a hood and half mask, covering the bottom half of his face. It is skintight and has two slits on the back for his wings.

Wears jeans and cheap t-shirts mostly, likes to smoke camels.

Personality: Jake is somewhat of a slacker. He is a free thinker, very abstract and imaginative. A daydreamer. He always has his head in the clouds. He is a womanizer and a gentleman. He loves his job at the garage though.

History: Jake was born in a normal family in southern Illinois. He grew up In a small town and barely graduated highschool. He opted to not go away to college and took a few classes to become certified as a mechanic at his local Community College. To pay for college, he started working at a lab. He did little gopher jobs, like buying supplies, answering the phone, cleaning beakers, easy jobs. One night, the Doctor decided that his serum he had been working on was finally ready, so Jake offered to try it. It altered his DNA, modeling it after that of avian creatures, leaving him with his powers. He started to use his powers to help those in his small town, giving himself the name, Hawkwing. He now has just arrived in the depraved city of Chicago, with his heart full of hope, and his hands full of classifieds.


Powers: Jake has an altered genetic code. His lungs are capable of breathing thin air, his bones are hollow, but durable, his heart is stronger than normal, his eyes can see farther, and his body has a more lightweight frame. He also possesses a pair of pure white wings, with a wingspan of 14 feet. Thankfully they are retractable, but this does leave him with some torn shirts. He has the ability to fly, and carry up to 75 lbs. in flight. Any more than that and it becomes difficult. He can normally fly unhindered at about 175 mph.
