Costume Description/Image: Jack's outfit is very simple, tan, baggy cotton sweat pants, and plain, white t-shirt, and a thin tan jacket. He tends not to wear shoes, only wandering around barefoot, or socks, though sometimes he wears worn brown track shoes.

Personality: Jack tends to be a loner. Not because he doesn't like people, but due to the fear he has of his powers. He enjoys being around other people, but they tend to make his mood swings worse, which could possibly result in a disaster. He is a very kind person, and even in his current state, he still strives to make other's lives better in anyway he can, even if it means giving up a meal. He tends to be a very likeable person, but doesn't let many into his personal business.

History: Jack doesn't know much about his past, or rather, have much to talk about. He was captured relatively young, and sent to a secret complex, where scientists played with his DNA, brain and cellular structure.

Powers: Several experiments were performed on his cellular structure, both body and brain, in order to give him the abilities of cellular regeneration, reconstruction, and reconfiguration.

Cellular regeneration was the only succesful part of the experiments hat came out of him, though several other "side effects" that came out. Cellular regeneration allows him to almost-instantly heal minor wounds, and speeds up healing for more major injuries, though if an injury is too severe, Cellular Regeneration can do nothing.Due to the experiments performed on him, Jack Cordell was given minor telekinetic abilities, such as manipulation of small objects, etc. etc.

Jack also has an ability that was an anomoly of the experiments, what he calls Sub-Atomic Transmutation(SAT). He can manipulate and reconfigure that atomic structure of nearly anything he touches(this can be done using TK, but it's much more draining). Using SAT, Jack could create a hydrogen explosion by manipulating the hydrogen atoms in the air, or turn a muffin into a lead block. However, he can only turn things into a solid block of a periodic element. His powers are imcapable of constructing an actual structure of any kind, and for some reason unknown to scientist, the only thing Jack cannot change completely is the human body, though he can affect it a small amount, such as, turning the knuckle bones into solid lithium to cause them to shatter.

Using SAT, Jack can also create and control forms of pure energy, such as fire or lightning(electricity), but this is highly dangerous, as pure energy is wild and highly unpredictable. It also causes a severe strain on his body, and could possibly result in the loss of conciousness, or worse.

Due to the experiments performed on him, Jack is also suffers from minor mood swings, which can cause fluxuations in his powers. He also has the tendencey to talk to himself, and drum his fingers on things, be they tables, desks, his legs, whatever. He is also highly resistant to radiation, and is immune to any ill-effects the periodic elements may have on a human body.

Roleplay Sample: Jack wandered aimlessly down the street. He was deep in thought, his feet simply carrying him forward to an unknown destination. He thought about how he had finally escaped the complex where he had been for years, escaped from the people that had experimented on him, changed him into someone who was not normal. He couldn't stand it.

He stopped and picked up a pebble, clenching it in his fist. When he opened his hand, he held a small puddle of liquid mercury in his hand. He swirled it around before turning it into a ball of lead and throwing it.

"Why, why, why? I need to.. Find out where I came from. Yeah.. But how do I do that?"

About your history. Even though he might not know what happend, doesn't mean it didn't happen. "He knows not much about his past" tends to indicate that the writer was too lazy to write a history. He was captured at young age; define 'young age'. Was he six, or was he ten or was he just a few months? And how did he escape from the facility? Did he escape at all, or is he a supersoldier contracted by the agency that made him? Those are the little detail we (or at least I) want to know.

And you are well aware of the fact that only a baby or a small child has a Fighting Skill of 0?

He is quite right.... without fighting skill you dont even freaking know how to punch almost. Also thats not good to couple with low strength then ur speed wont matter in melee lol.

Yes, it does matter in melee. Mr. Cordell can now run for his very life. Which is a far more saver thing to do than actually fighting back. That's why trees suck at surviving chainsaw attacks. They can't run away.

This right here makes him very safe at close quarters, and I don't know if I like this ability.....and this is why.

Let's say this character was fighting one of the big super heroes, like Pain, or Slamfist or Karma, if this character turned their bones to Lithium causing them to shatter, then they now have lithium knuckle bones for ever and ever affecting them in future topics....So I say you need to put a time limit on this power, like it wears of in 1 hour or something.....but there is another problem, I do not like how this character seems untouchable at close range, no one can hit a guy if he is constantly changing their bones into brittle material so needless to say I am not fond of that power.

I said, his power causes a lot of strain on his body. After a certain amount of using it, he would either pass out from exhaustian or, in extreme causes, possible go into a coma or die. Sorry if I didn't flesh it out enough.

It doesn't matter turning someone's bones into Lithium as a lasting effect is ridiculous.

how about rather a sustained concentration. this could explain WHY he has a mental strain.
