Rating
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

She has a very strong and dominant personality, and often asserts herself over others, whether with fear, violence, or other acts that can gain her an advantage in a situation..
The Story
While Lucas Wheeler was dealing with high school, living with a single mom, and trying to stray away from the legacy his father created, Emily Wheeler was stuck in the cold clutches of the villain. He would use her to lure victims into his lab, and be forced to watch as he mutilated their poor bodies. If she tried to refuse, he would threaten to “upgrade” her, his term for the monstrous acts he would perform on others.
When she reached 13, her father fell ill, his body starting to fail from years of being attacked by heroes. Now, she had to find a way to take care of them both, too young to get a job, not that anybody would hire the daughter of Vulcan. Luckily, she was smart, and picked up how to be resourceful quick. She would take her fathers machinations, and sell them to various buyers, earning quite a bit of cash from them. She quickly invested that money in a work area and supplies, making a whole new set of weapons and other items to sell.
By the time she was 16, she had built a small empire selling weapons and tech on the black market. She bought a nice house, and the best medical supplies she could to keep her father alive as long as she can.
One night, during a deal, Emily would be set up by her buyer, who would proceed to beat her, take her equipment, and leave her for dead. Emily would recover, but something would wake inside her, as she would quickly retaliate. Arming herself with any weapon she could, Emily would track the man down to his club, where she would unleash her fury, killing everyone in sight, leaving the man for last.
Seeing that the man had some influence, Emily decided to keep him alive, under the stipulation that he now belonged to her. With him as her loyal servant, Emily continued to grow her empire, until she could officially start her own weapons manufacturing company. By the time she was 18, Emily was the CEO of a multi-billion dollar weapons company, Ragnarok Technologies. Her father would eventually pass away not long after.
With her vast resources, she would find her brother, looking to reach out and inform him of their fathers passing. She not only found him, but manage to figure out his superhero activities. Angered that she had to endure all the suffering she had too, all while her brother was living it big as Frontline, she decided to dedicate her resources to destroying him, and everything he cared for.
The Powers
Superhuman Intelligence: Emilys’ brain functions at the equivalency of a quantum computer, she is able to study and learn new information seemingly overnight. She is already an expert in the fields of Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Biology, and many more field. She is an avid chess player, and versed in strategy and warfare.
The Weaknesses
Human: Emily is still human, and can be taken down by conventional means.
Mental Instability: While mostly under control, Emily suffers from violent tendencies, and occasionally lashes out without thinking. This can be used against her, as she doesn’t think clearly when angered.
The Items
Custom Energy Revolver: Emily prefers a custom energy revolver of her own design, capable of penetrating armor, and when overcharged, can fire a volatile bolt of explosive energy, which bursts into a moderate size explosion of energy that will burn almost anything it comes into contact with.
The revolver requires a special battery for it to function, and if damaged, the battery can explode, the explosion ranging from small to clearing a room, depending how much of a charge it has.
The Minions
Ragnarok Technologies: A Multi-billion dollar corporation Emily started from the ground up with the funds she gained from selling weapons. Ragnarok Technologies leads the sales on advanced weapons and tech. Having contracts with several governments worldwide, and even the US government.
The Fluff
Peak Physical Conditioning: After being assaulted during a deal, Emily dedicated herself to maintaining a perfect physical form. She can lift 640lbs, and run at olympic levels of speed. While not as agile as most, she makes up for it in sheer strength and stamina.
