Empty with books?

Scarlet couldn't BELIEVE this place hadn't got a DAMNED LIBRARY!!! You'd think a place like this would have a damned library but then again maybe they didn't have time what with saving the world? But what about the people left behind? The weak humans who weren't strong enough to go out and face the evil things in the real world? Or just the super hero's girlfriends? Jeez... She wasn't even Pains girlfriend really. He hadn't said he loved her. Scarlet rolled her eyes slightly at herself. She was being stupid. They were just a like... sex couple? Huh - seemed nice to put it that way - not.

Scarlet wondered along the corridors of the GUN offices - bored. She wasn't sure what to do and even though the hospital people said it was best to rest she may just go insane if she did. So she'd decided to find what exactly she WAS now after the change. BUT THERE WAS NO DAMNED LIBRARY !

Scar huffed slightly and leaned on a door then blinked as it slid open making her stumble into the room. She ended up on the floor on her ass. She scowled to herself before getting up, dusting herself down. Then Scarlie saw them - the wall of books - Books! Hell she didn't think she'd be to happy to see books in her life. She smiled and walked over to the rows of books. Heaven.

Running her hand over the spins of the thick leather book she looked for something that might tell her more about what she was now. She hunted high and low, reading the titles and ended up making a pile of them on the desk in the room. She then sat and began reading them.

Most of the books looked rubbish and told of elemental powers and teleknetic powers and so on and so on. There was evens stuff on shifting. She pouted, running a hand through her hair as she looked at the last book. An old red book with a symbol on the front she had no idea what it was but it just... felt.... right. Scarlet was dressed in a loose summer dress and it was probably a site to see a human behind a large oak dress in a super heros office. She flicked through the book.
"Huh..." she mumbled to herself, finding the pages full of human held powers. She came to what was known as a Storage Banker.
"Storage Bankers are humans who can store in their minds and reproduce the genes of different powers. These are often stored when the Banker touches someone who possesses a power. It's then logged in their mind - like a storage system. They are then able to mass produce and use or give these powers to other people." she read aloud.
