THE LOOKS
Fex is a young youth the age of 18. He had short messy black hair with small horns sticking out, He usually was black and can be seen wearing a red ruby ring.
THE PERSONALITY
Fex is an easy going guy, he likes to play pranks and have a good time. But when he fights he becomes a whole new person, his expression turns cold and he maintains the role of 'The Dragon King' while being fed longshot at the same time.
THE STORY
Fexs father was a superhero named inferno, his powers allowed him to manipulate fire into a very fiery punch. His father and mother were hoping to see if he had any signs of powers, and secretly Fex was hoping so too.
When Fex turned 9 he suddenly felt heat on his hands and when he looked a purple flame was flickering in life. His parents celebrated and kept training him ever since.
Now Fex is 18 and is finally ready to be a hero!
THE POWERS
Lesser hellflame: A small purple flame, when condensed it can be turned into a purple fireball.
Dragon wings: Small dragon wings appear and spread around Fexs back. They are small at the moment going to 3 feet high and 5 feet wide on both wings.
Lesser Fire resistance: Can resiste small flames.
THE WEAKNESSES
Overheat: When Fex uses his flame moves it starts to heat the air around him making him dehydrate faster.
Lesser Flame resistance: even though he has resistance to small flames he can't be in there for tolong or his skin will start to burn. he can be in flames for 30 minutes
Water: Like every fire user when Fex gets wet with water his powers start to weaken and he is unable to activate his powers until he gets dry.
THE ITEMS
Blood Ring: A ring that heals the user's wounds whether external or internal. but must be fed blood from other people to heal the user.
