Cerebral Implant: Space Time Caliper

Item/Character Advancement Name: Cerebral Implant: Space Time Caliper
Item/Character Advancement Description: It is a rod like device placed precisely in the brain to allow him control over it. Many wires and tiny tubes stem from the object, all going into different lobes of the brain, but do not interfere with daily life. If someone where to hold the rod up, it would look like a small, maybe 3 inch, steel rod with wires and tubes handing from all over it. On Grovoton's arm he carries a device capable of controlling the implants functions. This looks like a normal steel bracelet, but projects holographic green images that can sense touch.
Item Power(s): The device allows Grovoton to teleport. He initially made it to travel off the planet in search for his mothership, but it can be used to teleport anywhere in the world. He tries to stay away from teleporting into structures unless he is confident of their layout. When computing his destination, the computer takes in the possible atmosphere and pressures, if need be it will create a suit around him, holographic (but physical to the touch) in appearance. It would be dark green and hard to see through, save the space around the users eyes. Inside is the perfect environment. The suit can withstand the pressures of the deepest parts of the ocean and the vacuum of space. It takes 5 minutes for the device to calculate a jump. The suit isn't ideal for combat, normal bullets or sword strikes can break the hologram.
Item/Character Advancement Weakness(es):
1. An EMP can disable the device for 10 minutes.
2. (Limitation) Grovoton must be in a normal humanoid form in order for the device to work.
