Goal: The group formerly known as The Talons fell to RIse. However crime never stopped, Evil doesn't die. A few remaining members picked themselves back up and knew it was time to get back together and chase the same goal. New approach. New brand. Redesign. Rebuild. Reclaim.

History: Upon returning from the dead Andrew Pettiglio, The Patriot, formerly known as The Phoenix knew he had a mission ahead of him and it would take all the heroes he could gather to work. They may not be The Talons but Halo  is already starting to spread to civilians. Heroes are back in New York ready to save them  from Deity. All heroes are welcome to join, permitted the accept the rules.

Rule: NO KILLING (Unless no other option, you better have a good reason.)
         Do not reveal ay information about team. From powers, to secret identities.
         Use your powers to help not hurt civilians.

Base: Halo Headquarters is located of the coast of New York Harbor. The dock rises from below the water and makes a bridge from the harbor's docks to the base. The top three floors are a loft and hangout area for the group, while the next eight floors are dedicated to apartments for the members, six per floor. The deck on the fourth floor is used for celebrations and parties. Floors two and three are offices and meeting rooms, and the bottom floor contains a lobby and elevator. Using the HALO Dog-Tags, Official Members are able to access the underwater portion of the base, which has a command center, Inner Council meeting room, armory, training center, Yoga/Dance Studio, medical bay, main workspace but is open to any member, interrogation room, and a hallway that leads to a hangar that contains Halo's main transport "The Wing." (A fancy Helicopter)
The hangar rises from beneath the water to release The Bird, and then sinks back below the water until it returns. The entire underwater portion of the base is heavily armored, and can withstand even large methuman explosive damage. The ceilings have automatic energy turrets programmed to stun any intruder to the lower levels of the base.
