Personality: Somewhat heroic definitely tries to help but his resentfulness can sometimes get in the way. He tries to put others first when possible and definitely does it more now than when he was limited to his wheelchair. Definitely freaks out a bit when he's overwhelmed and will lash out of people if he's not being careful about his surroundings.

Story: When he was 5 years old, his parents and him got into an accident. He survived but lost the use of his legs whereas his parents did not make it out. He's been somewhat resentful and regretful since then and doesn't think he's worthy of adoption due to his inability to walk. At the beginning of the written story, he is taken in by this man who had been in a wheelchair as well for a while.

This man is called Jackson Reeds and he is a great scientist. He created a machine to make it easier for a human to reach their untapped potential and it was first created to help people recover from various conditions. Section first tested the machine on its himself, but later on his brother decided to create a version of it designed more for militant use. About a year later, Jacob was in an accident with the machine that enhanced the abilities he had, such as increasing his mental speed, as well as making it easier for him to heal from various things. Jacobe is still getting used to the use of his legs, though he is going through physical therapy with the help of his adopted father to fully regain their use.

He has since gained a moniker as a hero and has named himself Hyper. He was not the best on his feet for a while but he has since done better and can certainly fight a bit. he has a girlfriend he constantly worries about and who is the only other one who knows of his newfound ability to walk, though she has no idea about Hyper. Jacob does the hero work mainly because he's trying to keep others from facing the same issues he did but he enjoys it somewhat as well, partly due to his fascination with comic book heroes. However, he is still upset that his dad wants him to be careful with letting others know he can walk.

Powers: He has slightly enhanced senses (ex, vision a bit like a hawk, nose like a hound's, hearing like a rabbit) as well as enhanced mental speed by about 50%, a slight increase in strength and physical speed to the point of peak human but no further, a fair enhancement of his natural healing abilities, say, a knife wound taking 5-6 days to heal instead of 8-12, a slight increase in pain resistance - he barely notices a minor burn or a twisted ankle but much worse and he starts feeling it - and a minor increase to durability, it's harder to break his skin but doesn't take much more than some extra pressure compared to what's needed for a regular person.

Weaknesses: He can become easily overwhelmed by his enhanced senses and his enhanced mental speed can sometimes be an issue as he can think and react faster than others which means it's harder for him to step down to their level again and understand them as easily. There's also an issue of trying to overstep his bounds especially in his abilities of strength and speed or sometimes of underestimating them but this here is more of a mental weakness concerning his physical abilities. Also, while he doesn't feel pain as much, he still feels it and thus is only good for small injuries and his durability isn't enough to survive much more than a stab drum a normal person which is what the hero outfit helps compensate. He also still has issues with his legs but they're get better fairly quickly but this means his running speed is still slower that it could be. He also can't get much stronger than peak human because he's still technically human.

Items: Wheelchair; hero suit, designed to be durable and give a bit of invincibility and self repairs but it takes quite a while to repair when it gets broken, about the same time it takes Jacobe to heal, it's also hot and a bit itchy and Jackson has been trying to fix that, it's basically just an Attempt at a comfier bullet proof vest but it's not very resistant to slashing; he also halfway-to-knee boots designed to make using his legs easier but they don't help much and are prone to locking if overtaxed, especially regarding landings after jumps.

She was silent for a moment before replying. “She can’t take care of you... she’s...” Anna paused, looking at me. “Did you know that she has been blind since she was ten?”
I slowly shook my head. “I only knew her through phone calls... and last spoke with her when I was eight...” Frowning a bit, I looked down, hands on my lap.
Anna nodded sightly in understanding. “However...”
I glanced up again, curious.
“There's a man here who's looking for a boy about your age to adopt. When he called last week and I told him about you, he said he wanted to meet as soon as he could.”
I smiled slightly. “That’s... nice... but why me..?”
“Jacob-”
“You did tell him everything, right?”
“You know I have to.”
“Then... why? Why would he want someone who needs... this?” I gestured to the wheelchair next to me.
“Jacob, he used to use one. Was in an accident as well.. He knows what it’s like and wants to help you feel more... normal... even though you can’t walk.”
I sighed lightly before nodding. “Alright, then... I’ll meet him.”
She smiled and waited while I slowly moved myself into my chair.
I’d learned the hard way not to do so quickly.

I need you to elaborate and explain exactly how increased his abilities are. As it is now, it's too vague.

Also, you may want to go over your history again. You seem to have a lot of typing errors and it seems to me that your story is a cut/paste of another character that you changed some names in.

It also seems that way in your weakness section. You mention someone named Tina, but this character is named Jacobe.

Just a bit confusing, is all.

Alright, as annoying as a hot and itchy suit is, I'd like to see you explain what you mean by invincibility. Also, what level of durability does the suit give?

I feel as if the suit would require some sort of weakness to better balance your added durability.
