Alignment Justification
The Lawful good alignment follows and adhered to a code or stricture that one considers to be above all else. The Minister is a strict follower and preacher of the Judeo-Christian faith and follows it to the letter, though the interpretation of such laws, orders and structure is not as set in stone as many would believe to be a more concrete law.The Legacy
Personality:
A loving father, rough and tough and hidden under a mask of pristine white and jumble of holy words. He’s seen as a zealous and religious man that holds value to little else save for his god, his congregation and his family. However of all these things it is often realized that his faith and his relationship with his God surpasses all other things previously mentioned when they come into conflict.
He is unapologetic and entirely steadfast in his faith, and this tends to make him less than empathetic. He’s a scarred survivor that is trying to serve his purpose, and make amends for his past. Most know him as a “good man” and an honest man of God, though he truly strives to be a good father and all the things he was destined and commanded to be.
History:
Stephen was born the eldest son of 14, a tight knit family that grew up as an average family struggling to survive. A mother who worked in the Hospital office, and a father that drove truck across the US provided everything for Stephen and his 10 sisters and 3 brothers. The only consistency in the chaos of his life was that every Sunday he would be among the masses that went to church. Stephen had been raised in the church, learned the scripture and believed that he had heard the voice of God calling his name at the age of 8 years old.
Living on a farm, growing and living on the land while fishing with improvised spears at night and 8 mile bike rides to go camping with his cousins throughout Pennsylvania. It was a simple and perfect life for him, especially as he continued to grow more as a person. Of course once he became a teenager everything changed. His family moved from their home of Bedford and settled temporarily in Asylum Township. They weren’t there long, but his family moved from place to place frequently.
At the age of 17 Stephen had become a model citizen for Sin-City. He wouldn’t disclose ever the substances he tried, the amount he drank or other illegal things he’d been involved with. Each and every one of them was fun. He’d graduate from High-School and move onto college. After a night of an intense party he woke up from a blackout to find himself naked in a ditch on the far edge of campus. He realized... if he did not get himself together, he was going to die. He dropped out that day and enlisted with the United States Marine Corps.
A natural soldier, everything seemed to come to him by second nature. He worked hard, and the truth was that while many things were not second nature, his skills in combat and marksmanship were well earned. After scoring advanced on all of his evaluations he was placed in the Military Police, occupational specialty 5811. He was officially a K9 handler, and despite still being wet behind the ears, he was given his toughest challenge ever. Satan.
Stephen learned a lot from this black German Shepherd, starting as to why it earned it’s name. The dog took months to break, and even more to train, but eventually he succeeded where even zoopathics had failed. Satan eventually passed and Stephen took on a new dog named Ukon and eventually took leave to meet up and marry a beautiful young woman in California. He would later divorce this woman and the very next day marry the love of his life, and the mother to his three sons. He married this woman through elopement, after learning that both of their parents had been married in the same church, but the same pastor. But no sooner had they come back to their trailer from their honeymoon did they receive a call. Stephen was selected for service across seas, working in many different locations across the world at the United States embassy in most of them.
He stood in the room, the youngest soldier there as decorated members of the united states military came in to address a room of 50 people. These people were all human, not a single one showed any sign of metagene. They were addressed, starting with the statement that between these 50 people was enough talent and skill to take down a third world country inhabited solely by moderate-leveled metahuman threats. When the operation was laid before them, Stephen was the most logical choice to lead the operation. His service record and his time doing tours had earned him the leadership role, and with that he and his team had been deployed to Russia.
His escapades in Russia were kept under the covers as he and these 50 people served their country diligently. Unfortunately tragedy struck on one of their operations. After a run-in with the KGB and a notorious villainous creature known as: Красный Дух (Krasnyy dukh) or “The Red Spirit” in english translation. Stephen and twenty of his unit were the survivors of a horrible onslaught. While his mission was successful, Stephen had seen how this “Red Spirit” had gotten into his head. The honeyed words of the man talking about how all the wickedness of this world had corrupted governments, and how they fight amongst themselves for the riches while the common man starves.
Stephen continued his tour, but was reassigned to Helsinki Finland for a few more years before returning home to his wife and their oldest son Zackery as they relocated to New Hampshire. Stephen joined up with the DA’s office as a n investigator and eventually found himself recruited to the liquor commission, finding himself with authority that even he knew no man should have.
Stephen did his job loyally for years and years, each passing year he would have those that attempted to bribe him to look the other way. He was honest with himself now, realizing on more than one occasion that he accepted things he should not have. Then he realized that he had slowly become part of the problem. He quickly wiped himself clean as he took up the mantle of a state-approved vigilante, until the day where he was doing his daylight job and his car was hit by an 18-wheeler at 100 miles per hour.
Stephen was forced to not only hand in his badge for disability, but he was forced to hang up his recreational evening uniform. After time to himself, he worried about his wife and his (now) two sons Matthew and Zackery. His youngest, Matthew had run into trouble as a small boy, finding himself the victim of abduction by an urban myth. Dartmouth’s Demon Doctor himself, the immortal Dr.Brenton. Stephen would not have believed it himself, had he not seen the horrific man himself. The police had done nothing to help against this urban myth and he had to take matters into his own hands.
Stephen managed to save his son from the urban legend’s actualized terror, but found himself hurt even worse than before, his muscles in his leg almost entirely shredded. He managed to keep his son safe until help arrived, the attack was dismissed as a wild animal attack before Stephen decided that he had put his family through enough.
Realizing that it was time for a change, he decided to take his family and move back to Pennsylvania, reconnecting with old friends and finding his way to “God” once more, when he heard the voice once more. He heard the voice tell him…
“Stephen that’s enough. It’s time you worked with me.”
From that moment forward he proclaimed faith to the religion, and he tried to avidly strike the fire of faith within his family. Truly they had been to church before, but with what was now three sons, it was difficult to manage. Soon enough he felt a power inside him, what he describes as a stirring of energy. The power manifested and he realized that he could rely on something greater than himself. He took to a congregation and began to see his family’s faith spark as well, and with it powers that reflected their faith.
His beloved wife Amy gained power and faith, though maintained her ability to empathize with her children. His son, Zackery had gained the powers and began to follow exactly in his father’s footsteps. What was now his youngest son, Cody manifested a power so radiant and righteous that it was celebrated. But his middle son, the one he had been closest with, the one he fought desperately to save… Matthew manifested none.
In hopes to still include him, they placed Matthew behind a computer and allowed him to assist in their inhuman activities from a safe distance. Matthew always felt different because of not manifesting powers, and Stepehn didn’t realize at the time he had been making his son feel guilty, as if his lack of power was a reflection of his inequity.
Stephen encountered The Red Spirit once more, this time he was named “The Red Duke” a play on the fact the russian word for spirit (dukh) sounds nearly identical to the aristocratic title. They recognized each other perfectly, though The Red Duke seemed no older, and he introduced the family to their unofficial name “The God-Squad.” before battling out many events with them. He even ushered in an era of enemies such as Godspeed, the Mach 40 speedster and Alabaster Knight.
His greatest failure was the night The Red Duke slipped through his hands, because Matthew feared for the safety of his father and mislead him through a different hallway, allowing the man to escape and his father to be spared from a trap that could have caused him serious harm. The failure he regretted was not the escape, but the way he blamed his son, and eventually drove them to run away from home, after his eldest son tore into the middle child.
It wasn’t long before the “God-Squad” began to become pubic figures. The Minister and his wife Beatrice, alongside their eldest son Zerachiel and the youngest child The Seraphim. The middle child seemed to be unknown, removed entirely from the eyes of the world. Though the family searched for him faithfully. It wasn’t for another three years that they would encounter their opposition. A vigilante that worked with brutality and efficiency while upholding the sanctity of life. The one known as “Azrael”.
The Minister knew exactly who this was, and despite Azrael’s best attempts he was revealed to be his middle child, bitter and scorned by his family’s emotional abandonment. The rest was history. Eventually Azrael was last seen fighting Agent Williams in a church, unable to save the young girl Gabriella and causing him to fake his own death and follow the path of Bloodmoon.
The Minister was shocked to see Humanity take the scene, realizing he had been fooled and that now the mask that was the symbol of his son was covered in flesh and leather, a symbol of fear and terror as he arrived and somehow outmaneuvered Godpseed and slitting his throat mercilessly. The Minister attempted to stop his son, but was defeated with relative ease, as was the rest of his family, leaving his son to walk away free.
After the arrival of Humanity and the acknowledgement that their son had become the vessel for Sin, the Primordial Evil, they moved as quickly as they could. Humanity was always a step behind them, but somehow and some way he always slipped by, escaping them and dealing small damages. They had been enemies until Humanity arrived at their home, introducing them to what appeared to be a younger version of himself. He introduced this child as “Victor” their grandchild.
The reconnection of the family was short lived as Matthew explained his history and his goals, to become one man who could take all the evil upon himself and purge if from the world. To become the sin-eater of all evil and end, and that only he was truly worthless and empty enough to work. It was only then that Stephen had learned what he had been inadvertently been imprinting into his favorite child, and it mortified him.
He was given a second chance to be a father to Matthew when Samhain created the doppelganger of Matthew, the one named Nihilus. Nihilus was loved and accepted into the family while Matthew watched from a distance, accepting his role with a bitter finality. Together The God-Squad still fights to redeem the prodigal son, adding Nihilus in to resume the role of Azrael and trying to save Victor from the existential threat known as Typhon. The Powers
Faith-Based Vocifery: The Minister’s most iconic power is that of his vocifery. The Minister is believed to have been blessed with the voice of “God”, powered by his faith. Whenever The Minister speaks from the Holy Bible, the context of the words he speaks shape the world around him to fit the situation the best it can. (Example 1: If he recited Revelation 21:6 and pours water into the mouth of a deceased person, it can potentially resurrect them.) (Example 2: If he recites Isaiah 54:17, when he states no weapon forged against you/me shall prosper then weapons attempted to harm him will be incapable of doing so.)
Every Saint Has a Past...: The Minister’s past as a Marine and detective has made him keen of mind and soul with the secular world. When it comes to finding evidence at a crime scene, not even the best of them can disguise the whole truth from The Minister.
Ordained: The minister's call to service grants him protection from his deity. No being of divine, eldritch or unholy or mundane power can affect or influence his mind.
Every Sinner has a Future...: The Minister’s famous quote “This old Dog’s got one fight left.” The Minister’s body is broken and beaten, yet he still claims to have one more fight left in him. This power is a culmination of his religious observance with his rigorous training and combat knowledge. His fighting Style is of unknown origin, his strength and power are fortified by his capacity. The most notable thing of this power is that it is a single use power that can never be used again. It’s exceedingly powerful, but he only has… one shot. The Weaknesses
His Will, My Hands: The Minister is unable to utilize his power in a way that would contradict the “Will of God”. This weakness is covering of permission bases for when The Minister’s Power simply does not mesh with the plot, or does not affect another in the intended way. Example being when he attempts to resurrect someone, but they do not revive. Whenever this phenomenon occurs (due to either permission or plot reasons) The Minister’s powers are rendered inert for 5 posts.
The Wages of Sin: Whenever The Minister is present, his aura is glaringly apparent and enticing to demonic and evil forces. This makes it exceedingly impossible to hide from these individuals and often times makes him the target of their antics.
Discipline: The Minister is a disciplined soldier and scholar of God. His resolve and dedication to his religion often drives him head first into danger. While he is perfectly capable of taking care of himself, his power is quite selective of what must be said. If The Minister misquotes a verse other than changing pronouns (He/She/Me) not only does the power not take effect, but it will physically sear the words into his flesh upon his arm. This causes agonizing, lingering pain and a source of distraction.
The Pathway to Hell: Whenever The Minister sins it is weighed against him. If it a Sin that is committed without intent, The Minister’s power is weakened and his voice slowly becomes more sore. If it is a Sin of Intention, his throat bleeds with small sores and depending upon the degree or frequency it will cause actual wounds upon his physical form.
The Futility of the Flesh: The Minister is more skilled and more badass than most humans, but he is in a state of chronic pain, his musculoskeletal system does not function to the same degree of a healthy human of his age.
Faith/Belief: The Minister’s power is based on his faith and belief of his God. This is not only his driving force, but it’s also his limitation. If his faith or belief is not up to part with the rhetoric of his power, the power does not work. Likewise, he is incapable of the recitation of such verses akin to the Genesis of the universe, or the Marks of Revelation. In his own way, his power is not his own and ultimately without his faith, he is nothing more than a man in a mask.
Lay the Demon to Rest: The Minister's inner demons still torment him, despite being considered one of the most righteous and godly men of his era. He is far from infallible and while he is protected most from the divine and supernatural, he is considerable weak when it comes to being human. His justice is tempered with a bleeding heart, forcing himself to believe in forgiving absolutely anyone and everyone he can, regardless of their sins or crimes against him, his family or the world in it's entirety. Whenever someone seems to be "weighed down" or reluctant, or in anyway remorseful for their deeds, The Minister cannot help the compulsion to try and reason with this person.
Ghosts of your past: The Minister is plagued by the ghosts of his past, the people he had killed and the things he has seen. Many of his enemies still live, though many have fallen. Being a terrible father, the death of dozens of people and those are just two of the more common features. To know failure is to grow, but that doesn't stop the sting. When someone is killed and The Minister witnesses it, he can't help but feel doubt, which will weaken his faith, or anger which will weaken his power due to the sin of wrath.
Vox Dei, Vox Nihil: Obviously if The Minister cannot speak, he cannot utilize his power.
This Dog’s had it’s day…: The Minister can only use “Every Sinner has a Future...” once. He cannot reverse the damage to his power and body. The Mechanics
Familial Detection: The Minister has the power to detect others of his bloodline.
The Word is The Life: The Minister’s power does not affect those aligned with The Void, though upon equal footing, he himself cannot be influenced by such individuals.
1 Timothy 4:6 : The Minister does not require food or drink as long as he continues to read the scriptures of his faith. The Arsenal
The Minister’s Mission: The Minister’s nearly indestructible and unchangable bible. Blessed by the verse that none shall add or take away from the sacred text.Physical Priority

Hero Name: Beatrice
Title:
Alignment: Lawful Good
Age: 43
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Hair: Black/Greying
Eyes: Brown
Height: 5’6”
Weight: 140lbs.
Blood type: B-The Looks
Amy is a colorfully dressed and overly causal individual, often seen in flip flops and is the absolutely picture of what you wouldn't imagine a Minister's wife to be. When she dons the mantle of Beatrice, she wears a mask to compliment her husband's and a shroud of white.Alignment Justification
The Lawful good alignment follows and adhered to a code or stricture that one considers to be above all else. Beatrice follows her faith religiously, however she is more empathetic than her husband, leading her to a more neutral ground, stating that God does not care for the situation, but judges by the motives of your heart. The Legacy
Personality:
A loving mother that is described as being “the source of the crazy”. She has a very strict adherence to maintaining respect and dignity for everyone, but can very often be mislead into childish and immature humor and thinking. Amy is known for being caring, far beyond the point of what she should care. She would give the shirt off of her back for a stranger if she had to. Any time she can help she enjoys being able to.
She is not as zealous as her husband, but she still has her faith and the belief that no matter what there is going to be a reason for whatever comes to pass. She’s notoriously short with people that make excuses and if much more calm when one simply accepts accountability.
History:
Amy is a wonderful woman, the daughter of Charles and Elizabeth and the younger sister of Karla. She was raised on the fundamentals of a military father and a beloved but ever-so-forgetful mother that genuinely favored her sister. It took many years for Amy to see just how her life was going, and truthfully even to this day she isn’t sure if she is happy about all of the decisions she’s made. But she would never change it for anything…
Amy was a successful business woman, opening two different gyms, starting up a clothing boutique and managing a rental car service in the New England area. Her life is mostly left a mystery, she had a successful school career but didn’t finish college until the age of 32. She had her sons Zackery, Matthew and Cody and raised them all the best she could. She never openly talks of her past much, though it is known that she is very tightly in touch with her father, mother and sister with a mostly happy and pleasant disposition.
Her secrets very well may go with her to the grave, as she continues to try and save her son from his inner darkness and prevent her eldest one from beginning down the path of his demons.
She was given a second chance to be a mother to Matthew when Samhain created the doppelganger of Matthew, the one named Nihilus. The Powers
Choir: Amy has the power to sing. It doesn’t sound like much, however her singing has the power to empower and protect those that hear her. Those that hear her will gain superhuman speeds of 70 mph, the strength of a lifting weight of 1 ton and the durability to survive mundane rifle rounds.
Wings: Beatrice had a power she calls “Wings” and this power allows her to dematerialize and materialize herself or another person anywhere she wishes, providing she can remember who or what the person looks like. The Weaknesses
Only Inspired: Amy’s power can only affect people whom are in dire situations, attempting to escape for flee for their life, attempts to use her powers on those who sheerly wish to fight causes her distressing levels of pain.
Wings of Hope: Amy cannot use her wings if she is not able to instantly recall what someone or something looks like. She must be very, very familiar. For each and every detail she cannot correctly remember, she risks materializing in the area with wounds.
Frigid Wind: Cold air disables Amy’s capacity to use her “Wings” because it creates the same pain as tooth sensitivity to cold.
Empathy: Amy always gives people the benefit of the doubt. If someone apologizes and is not truly sorry, she is likely to simply accept it and move on. This includes villains. Granted, in the case of villains she will not be fooled twice.
Children: While Amy is loyal to her faith, she prioritizes the lives of her children in all situations. Even if it conflicts with the lives of innocents. She is not the favorite of the God-Squad, but she is certainly the most relatable with mothers.
Power of One: Beatrice’s power are primarily an RP mechanic used to move people out of the area safely. It requires her to keep singing, but singing requires concentration. It also requires stamina to do, and it requires her to not stop singing until everything is okay. Her powers cannot affect metahumans, and despite her great dismay do not affect Matthew. The Mechanics
Mother’s Intuition: She knows when something is wrong, especially with children. Don’t question her, just shut up and trust her!
Heart of Gold: Amy is a brilliant mind and a heart of gold, though that gold seemed to have hardened into the form of spikes. She is a loving and genuinely caring person, but her kindness and her intellectual nature do tend to collide at times. She is not a genius, but she could probably pass for one, save for the fact her emotions and her desire to help others always seems to win through. The Arsenal

Alignment Justification
The total embodiment of the trope “Knights Templar”. Forces of Light and Goodness get a little bit too hardcore. In a deadly combination of Well-Intentioned Extremist, The Fundamentalist, Moral Guardians, and sometimes He Who Fights Monsters, they get blinded by themselves and their ideals, and this extreme becomes tyrannical sociopathy. He follows a law, but the sheer chaotic and emotional way they enforce it drives a division in their family. Primarily how they focus in on only certain aspects of the tenants they wish to enforce. The Legacy
Personality:
Zerachiel is a good-hearted extremist that took the manifestation of their powers as a sign of their unassailable faith. That being said, where Zerachiel had been right in the past, he was now practically ordained, and every action he does is (in his mind) the will of God and that none could stand before it. While it is true he is wise beyond his years, such wisdom has now turned to arrogance and where he was once humble he now holds hubris.
Zerachiel believes that it is HIS duty to lead criminals and villains to judgement, just as his namesake is responsible for leading souls to the same fate. Despite everything he is in almost constant conflict with his younger brother Matthew, and even moreso with the one who calls themselves Azrael, believing they did so simply to take honor and glory from the name of Zerachiel.
He holds an almost bigoted distaste for anyone whom violates and disobeys the holy word from which he recieved his power. Despite not realizing that he, himself does so continually with his own pride and hubris. When his faults and shortcomings are pointed out, he is quick to anger and prone to violence.
History:
The elder child of Stephen and Amy, the first of the children. Unlike the other two children, Zak was not raised with any inclination towards faith or religion. His only passing knowledge of such a thing was when his father would on occasion mention what the bible said on certain manners. Of course, attempting to be his father’s favorite child he hung on every word, never heeding his mother’s advice or even caring to know her opinions on things. His father’s respect was the only thing that truly mattered.
His childhood was comprised of their grandfather’s training and ethics being passed down. Zak, like Matthew and Seraphim, were never addressed by name until they earned the right to be called by their name. It was archaic and almost repulsive to anyone who did not know the origins and symbolism of these teachings. Zak was the fastest of the children to earn his father’s respect, being called by his name and symbolizing that his council and his opinion was of value to the family by the age of 10 years old.
Zak always seemed to have a distaste for his younger sibling, Matthew. It was a true Cain and Abel story. Where Zak had to earn their father’s respect by obeying, Matthew could simply rebel and their father continued to dote over him. It was clear to everyone that MAtthew was their father’s favored child, despite his fairness and refusing to call the young man by name until the age of 15. No matter what Zak did, he always came second, though if you asked Matthew he would have said the same. That was why Matthew developed a balanced relationship with his mother as well, pushing his father and his stoic teachings of content away.
After Seraphim was born, The family manifested power when his father found his faith once more. Zak refused to be the last to develop powers, he would EARN his place as the top of the three siblings. His powers manifested when he was attempting to hold the door open for a young woman. She was pushed aside by a man whom rushed past. Zak caught the man’s arm and he instantly combust into flames, the vapors and smell of flesh something forever seared into his mind as the golden flames enveloped the man. These flames turned a warm red hue as he approached it, and he realized that he had come into acquisition of the power of judgement. To heal the sick and wounded, while bringing judgement to the wicked.
He attempted to pass judgement on the middle child so frequently, learning of his sins and threatening to expose them to his family. It was with great relief that his father’s “Favored” child was wrecked with such sin that he couldn’t even receive a blessing from their divine patron, or so he believed. Matthew was forced to the sidelines, helping from behind a screen while Seraphim, Zerachiel and their parents went into the world and saved the innocent and the weak. Though his extreme methods always seemed to get him into trouble with his mother and brother. His father was patient with him, but often times was the only one who could correct the self-righteous Templar.
When Azrael appeared as a competitor to their group, it was Zerachiel that immediately suspected Matthew, seeing as the roles of Azrael and Zerachiel were contested. He believed that his younger brother was attempting to sleight him yet again. Zerachiel being the angel whom delivered the souls to judgement, and Azrael being the angel whom severed the souls from the body, but would plead and beg to God that they deserved a second chance. It was as if Matthew, begging for a second chance, was attempting to sleight him by selecting the only angel that could inhibit the righteous judgement that the wicked were due. He picked the only angel that could obstruct his justice, and now they were openly in opposition.
As time moved on, there would be a new “Azrael”, the one called Nihilus. The sin-clone of his brother that rather than embodying evil, embodied the hope and the goodness inside Matthew. Zerachiel has made it clear that he does not care for Nihilus or what his fate may be, but he does state that their mutual hatred of Matthew and his sins are the only thing keeping them from tearing each other apart. The Powers
Zerachiel’s Blazing Soul: Golden flames that can scald the toughest of metahumans, and reach temperatures of plasma that of even blue fire cannot reach. This flame comes without risk of atmospheric combustion and when a “Righteous” person touches the flame, they turn a soft green in color, allowing their mind. Soul and body to be cleansed of what kills them, including physical wounds.
Judgement: Zerachiel’s skills and reaction times have been fortified and endured much training. He is capable of a unique form of combat, taught by his father. When hones in with his blazing soul, he becomes capable of combating even the fastest of foes. Batting bullets away with his blade is child’s play. This training mades him the most effective member of “The God Squad” until Azrael returned. The Weaknesses
The Righteous: Beings that uphold the values of a “Lawful Good” alignment are unharmed by Zerchiel’s flame, providing that they have not killed anyone in a means contrary to self-defense or in the defense of others. The flames will instead heal them, even if they oppose Zerachiel.
Pride/Hubris: Zerachiel’s deadly sin. Whenever his pride is continually hurt, or whenever he is continually patronized he is prone to violent fits that cause him to lash out without any higher thought beyond destroying the source of mockery.
In the name of my Patron: Whenever someone invokes the name of God, or a symbol of his divinity, Zerachiel’s powers force him to pacify. Any fire he has present will only heal and he is incapable of taking violent action against another, regardless of his mental status or his anger.
The Flames that Guide Us: Zerachiel’s flames will harm him if he acts out of emotion and anger, or attempts to hurt someone that is not of an evil alignment. The power will also harm him if he attempts to harm someone who has no intent to harm the innocent.
Sibling Rivalry: Whenever a sibling is present, he feels the need to supersede them, or even sabotage them. This is quite easy to use to the advantage of anyone opposing them.
Glory/Renown: Zerachiel desires to be the greatest. This is a huge personality fault because he is willing to jump to conclusions, to ignore and be blinded to facts just to simply be the one who figures something out. He is willing to neglect information, turn a blind eye on the possibility of being wrong and even sweep things under the rug in order to look as though he was entirely correct in his actions. The more glory he gains through these actions, the harder it is for him to resist doing this. To catch a serial killer, he would willingly corner a man and subject them to torture to get a false confession. The Mechanics

Abilities: Both rods are durable with great meta-piercing. The rods are immune to outside powers and influence. Each rod has a glyph under a blood soaked wrapping. if a glyph is revealed, anyone who looks at it is driven to discordance/struggle/strife with members of the opposite gender.
Weakness: The rods are unable to be affected by beneficial powers. The rods cause strife and discord to their wielder if the glyph is seen. The rods will stab their master’s hands to be used. Despite being immune to the effects of powers, they act as a conductor for the energies powers generate (i.e heat, electricity and concussive kinetic force) and will still affect Zerachiel.Physical Priority

EnduranceCharacter Trivia - He is the first member of the family to suspect Matthew of being Azrael
- His official "Training" comes from his father, though he primarily relies on his own blessed reflexes
- He is the most "Serious" and recognizable member of the family of heroes.
- Zerachiel is the angel whom takes souls to their judgment. Their name means "God's command"
- Despite the mantle of Azrael being passed on to the Sin-clone of his brother, Matthew, He still despises the entity.
- Much to both of their dismay, Zerachiel and Matthew are them most similar in appearance, taking after their father. The two are quite often mistaken for one and other.

While he firmly adhered to the laws of his religion, he is also very aware and quite certain of the fact that forcing such laws upon others is a futile resolve. He believes to bring others to an order or law, one must life it out by example. The Legacy
Personality:
Seraphim is the one most loved by Matthew, and the one that continues to be a source of hope for the God-Squad. He possesses a natural leadership and a determination to persevere without compromising what is just and good, even if it means having to make the best of a bad set of selections. His faith is strong, and his heart is pure as it can be. He is still a teenager and probe to explosive temperaments, and is wrecked with anxiety… but he truly is a fine young man, and an excellent hero. Not as popular as his brother Zerachiel, but still a hero that others wait to see his future endeavors.
History:
Youngest son of The Minister whose powers manifested at the most inopportune time of his life. While his family has always been slightly divided upon many fronts, Seraphim attempted to act as his older brother once had, before becoming Azrael, and hold the family together despite their differences. He is closest with his mother and Nihilus, despite his continual works with Samhain. The Powers
Seraphim Solemnly Swears: Whenever there is an injustice. A person victimized, or a person harmed, Seraphim’s power immediately begins to activate. The longer it is before this person is put to judgement, detained or the more frequent the chaos of the injustice, the faster this power accumulates. There are six wings upon a Seraphim. Whenever he has been exposed to an Injustice for 2 Minutes, two burning wings unfurl from his back and increase his durability, making him impervious to piercing weaponry/projectiles, allowing him to take a 5 ton punch and continue fighting for a short time. After that mark 5 more Minutes causes two more wings unfurled, multiplying his durability and strength by 5. After the 7th minute the third set of wings begins to generate. After 15 minutes a third set unfurls. Whenever all 6 wings are unfurled, Archangel is invulnerable to all outside forces of strength, harm or alteration, cosmic, divine, or otherwise.
Superhuman Strength: Superhuman Strength equal to that of 10 tons. As each set of wings unfurls, his strength multiplied by 5. Total of 250 tons punching force and 500 tons for the purposes basic RP lifting.
Superhuman Durability: Mundane weapons, piercing and ballistics no longer have an effect after the first set of wings appears, capable of taking 5 tons of force as a regular punch. This multiples by 5, after the second set arrives he can withstand 25 tons of force behind a punch as a normal human’s punch. After the third set of wings arrives, Seraphim is no longer capable of being physically harmed, even from divine or cosmic sources.
Flight: Flying at speeds of a bird are natural for Archangel, as he has the wings to do so.The Weaknesses
Injustice is Subjective: If he does not believe it is an injustice, or if this is an act of genuine justice (not revenge) his powers will not activate, and if he is made aware of how a situation is JUST then his powers will forcibly revert him to his human physiology.
Power Dependent: He does not always have his powers activated. If anything happens to him as a human being he is going to die, as surely as another person walking down the street would.
Empathy: Whenever his powers are used to harm someone that has not committed an Injustice, his wings bleed and force him to be grounded. If he sympathizes with someone, he cannot use his strength against them.
Relic of Faith: If someone truly believes that they are promoting justice, or has faith in what they are doing, he is only capable of receiving the benefits of his durability. His strength only serves to lift objects off of the helpless.
Compelled to save: He is a selfless hero that will put himself in harm’s way at almost any time if it serves to save an innocent. If he were to choose between his life or that of an innocent, he would choose to save the innocent. He cannot choose contrary to this, and any decision that pits him between two innocents causes him to choose one, and caused a great mental turmoil.
Divine Providence: He does not control his powers, they manifest when they are needed or he is called to action by observing an injustice. If there is an injustice done from people wearing any insignia of a known faith or religion, he cannot act against them without speaking to them in his human form. If he does not address them and identify himself as an Agent of his own deity, his powers will not activate.
Cowardice: He cannot manifest his powers while he is fearful, frightened or overly anxious, which presents a problem with his very personality.
[b]Yield: Whenever an enemy yields, or seems to concede defeat, his powers will deactivate against his will. This will only work against him once in a thread. The Mechanics
Divine Preservation: Gods and other beings do not have the power or authority to command Seraphim, nor take him from this world against the accord of his deity. Should he be placed in a lethal situation, he will be preserved through divine intervention and left to recover as he naturally would. The Arsenal
The Broken Blade: A broken and shattered blade, more like a simple pointed rod in all honesty. IT has no true use, nor is it even used, it simply is part of his “outfit”
