Enkara is considered an extremely caring, nice, and kind man. However, when faced with criminals and villians, he tends to become a nightmare of a man, hunting down the threat until it's dealt with, either by surrender or death. Once he's done with the threat, he follows his path back to where he started, helping those who might have gotten caught in the combat.

Born nearly 5400 years ago, Enkara was taken from his parents as a child and raised to be a warrior for the ancient kings of Sumer. He learned quickly, and impressed his trainers and equals. At the age of 15 he managed to become a bodyguard to one of the ancient Sumerian kings, and served him quiet well for 12 years. However, things took a turn for the worse when the king was assassinated. Enkara was stabbed through the heart during the struggle that ensued, and he fell, only to rise again several moments later. Using the same blade he had been stabbed with, he managed to kill all of the assassins. However, when other guards rushed to the room, they found only Enkara alive, with no scratches, holding a blade that was similar to the one that had killed the king.

The guards arrested Enkara, and sentenced him to death. They cut his head off, and threw his corpse in a pit, along with his head. He awoke three days later, fully healed. He climbed out of the pit, and moved to a different city, where he found himself a job on a farm. For the next 30 years, Enkara worked the farm, hunted, and generally kept out of the way. However, in his 31st year as a farmer, invaders moved towards the city he lived next to, burning as they went. Enkara met them at a bridge over an incredibly deep river, holding only a sword, and would not allow them to pass. When they charged him, he slaughtered every single one of them, and then buried them next to the river. Enkara then burnt his home to the ground, drove his animals off, and moved to a different city.

This cycle has repeated itself for the past 5300 years, with Enkara leaving to a new city every time he feels someone might get close to figuring out what he is. Most recently, Enkara has moved to Denver, where he is slowly buying up pieces of land, and planting massive swathes of trees, in an effort to combat global warming. He is also, slowly, but surely, buying and tearing down abandoned buildings, and replacing them with affordable apartments.

Perpetual: Enkara is known to be effectively immortal, never aging and capable of ultimately healing almost any injury as a result of his extraordinarily rapid and efficient cellular regeneration. He has also been known to survive dismemberment, suffocation, decapitation and even directed energy assaults, his body always regenerating and even bringing him back to life after clinical death.

Black Hole of Power: Enkara has a unique ability that he can't explain. Or, won't. Within a half-mile radius, centered on him, he can cut off people from their powers, turning them into "normal" people. This ability works on magic and meta-human abilities, cutting off the affected target from their powers. Enkara has such control over this power that he can pick and choose his targets, taking away an enemies abilities while leaving an ally with his.(Permission based)

Everything is a Weapon: For the past 5300 years, Enkara has spent time learning to use every weapon he's ever come across. As such, he's a master with every martial weapon on Earth, and has mastered every form of martial art to date.

Perpetual: While Enkara is an immortal, he can be killed. Only weapons made of Canaanite sandstone can cause lasting harm to him.

Black Hole of Power: While Enkara is using his Black Hole, his reaction time is killed completely, leaving him frozen in place until he stops using the power.
-When using his Black Hole, Enkara's regeneration is slowed, forcing him to choose between turning the power off to heal, or powering through the injuries until the fight is over.

Over his long life, Enkara has a rather large collection of weapons that he takes with him no matter where he goes. These include a kophesh, a gladius, a katana, and a hand-and-a-half sword, each of them kept in the same condition they were in when he collected them. His favorite weapon, though, is a sword made of Damascus steel that he keeps with him at all times.

He has also gathered different armors, each matching the weapons he's collected.

Enkara has lived for 5300 years. As such, he has a large collection of languages that he can speak. He also has a large fortune that he's been building the whole time, through a combination of owning mines, buying and selling properties, and investing rather well, before "dying" every so often, and leaving the entire mass of money to a "friend"
