Anthony presents himself as a friendly and even jovial person at times. Confrontation is not really within his nature, and he tends to avoid anything that would lead to that. One to smile and offer the compliment, he is what many would call a humanitarian in many ways. It’s this personality that draws many people to his offer of giving power to those that deserve it, like many who believe power is wasted in the hands of those that have it.

When not around those he hopes to swindle, one could say he takes in a more cruel persona. He shows great disdain for humanity as a whole, unable to fully break away from the things that his parents had taught him, despite his own disdain for them. Even then he genuinely believes that he is doing something right, despite how many laws he might have to break to do that. Those that go against him are too simple to grasp his vision, or maybe even they’re too corrupt to do so.

In an odd way sees humans that takes dealing with the corrupt in power with their own means as commendable and views them as one of the deserving.

Anthony was born to a family known for its consistency in meta-genes manifesting and in fact their line had yet to show a child without any manner of superhuman power. His mother and father had met only out of similar goals, both villains of their time that proved to be quite the public menace overall, yet together they were something that proved to be a true threat. This was a world of expectations that he was born into and one that he grew used to from a young age. A duo as terrible as them hoped they could make the same of their child, and that came with how young they manifested their own abilities.

Humans were nothing, and those without power were meant to be tread upon much like his parents did. Anthony waited with great expectation for his ability to manifest, but in the end the age of six brought nothing more than disappointment. The first time in a long line of people, no ability manifested and that confused no one more than his own father. It was something that had never happened before, and he didn’t know how to cope with such a disappointment. His own flesh and blood was nothing more than a pathetic waste.

His mother shared a similar opinion of him, leading to what could be called neglect from there on out. They wouldn’t put time into someone that could be nothing more than like the rest of the pathetic masses around them. No one felt more shame than Anthony, who had been the victim within this familial system. This lead to what many would call a complex, though he preferred to believe that it was just his fate to be nothing more than unimpressive. His parents were born important, and he was nothing more than him.

This however happened until is eighteenth birthday, when a true power did indeed manifest. It first showed with him removing something simple, like the hardness of a wall that caused it to crumble and nearly caused the building it was attached to from doing so. From there, he took interest within the power he had manifested and began playing around with it, seeing that he could do. However, one thing he did want to try was in the end seeing if he could take away a powers superhuman abilities.

His parents proved the perfect test subjects for that, much to their surprise.  From there he acted without much thought, which lead to both of their deaths and him having to hide the bodies much like metaphorical skeletons in his closet. After the fact of this happening, he took it into his mind that he could do this for others. He could take power from those that did not deserve them, and give them to the more deserving. It started from a simple longing to people that wanted this power, hearing about him from hidden channels and coming to the mysterious metahuman that offered them power.

Years went by with more and more people coming to him until what could even be called a cult formed. This gave rise to the moniker many came to know him by as Savior or even The Savior.

The hand of Justice: His metahuman ability takes an odd form, allowing him to remove certain aspects of a person or even an object. These aspects take the form of compact discs, that are immune to any manner of scratching or damage, something that he usually stows away on his person. Examples of these aspects that he can take ranges from that person’s sights, the ability to feel pain to even their own superhuman characteristics. Making use of this power however requires that he have physical contact with a target, his hand being the only section of his body that can do so. A secondary application of this ability is that he can also place taken attributes into something else, such as giving someone else pyrokinesis or even giving the durability of cracker to a wall to make it frailer. The applications of his power are varied, and at times can even seem to spit in the face of conventional logic itself.  The discs that contain the attributes are as far as he can tell indestructable. Anything that might affect the powers of a PC are highly permission based and can easily be opted out of.


Unworthy: He cannot bestow stolen powers to himself for whatever reason.

Only human: Despite his power’s varied abilities, he is only a human and can be defeated much like any human.

A hands on sport: He cannot use his ability if his hands are bound or if he cannot touch the thing is stealing an attribute from.

Your burden I take upon myself: When imbuing someone else with metahuman capabilities, he takes on the greatest weakness of the person.

Peanut Allergy: He has a rather severe allergy to peanuts, one that he has found he cannot even remove from himself. Even skin contact can cause painful hives, and ingesting it can leave him incapacitated if not dead.
