Enhanced Strength: The mechanical body given to Viktor grants him enormous strength which he uses to aid in his murder. He can tear apart stainless steel with little effort, or easily toss an armored APC over fifty feet. At current, his enhanced strength allows him to lift upwards of seventy-five tons.

Chest Mounted Fusion Canon: One of the various weapons built into Viktor's new body, and the one that can deal the most damange. Hidden behind the chasis breast plate, the fusion canon makes for a devestating surprise attack, or to erradicate unwanted company. Viktor has the ability to control the output of the cannon which ranges from a simple beam meant to vaporize a normal person, and a massive blast that can reduce a small building into rouble.

Ultra-Compact Fusion Reactor: The power supply that allows the killer to keep moving without the need for any rest, or recharging. The small reactor will enable Viktor to call upon a near limitless amount of energy to power his body, and his weapons.

Nano-Repair System: When damaged, Viktor can activate a hoard of small nanomachines to repair damage to his body. Stored in a hidden compartment in his lower back, the cyborg can summon them to heal anything from a small knick In his armor to repairing and replacing limbs lost in battle.

Horn Cutting Laser: Hidden in his horn the cutting laser can launch a quick and devastating attack on an unsuspecting victim or enemy. The small, focused laser can slice through both titanium and human flesh like a red hot knife through butter.

Twin Super-heated Scythes. His primary means of attack, and his deadliest as well. A pair of large scythes stored on his back and deployed when in combat. The two titanium blades are attached to twin actuators that allow him to launch quick strikes, or expand to slice up to twenty feet away. But the real danger of these blades is the pair of superconductors that heat the twin blades, allowing them to slice through stainless steel with little effort.

Dragon's Breath: A nozzle built into the "mouth" of the machine which sprays any unfortunate victim with superheated napalm. While the range is short (Only 10 feet) it's effect are devestating. One spurt can easily char human flesh to the bone, and melt down steel to slag.
