Personality: Alice is a very arrogant, stoic and cruel woman. She believes that she is far superior above normal, 'weaker' humans. She pities them, but not enough to end their misery by her own hand. So she dedicates her research and work to new edge weaponary and other sorts of war-technology, which she sells to the highest bidder. Remorse is not something that's part of her dictionary. She happily experiments on the people she pities, mainly tramps and hobos and other humans nobody actually misses.
However, she IS capable of loving and other 'positive' feelings. So she's not completely heartless.
Her "alter-ego", Lady Elisabeth Gauss, is also arrogant and cruel and has a taste for anything expensive or with a lot (A LOT!) of firepower.

History: Alice was 'born' as the daughter of a wealthy couple of "mad" scientists, who had focused their entire work to a manuscript they read called "The Destruction of Human Civilisation by means of Technological Development". You're probably wondering why I wrote 'born'. Well, Alice was not really born. She was artificially made by her parents. Don't worry, they are in fact her parents, they just grew her in a testtube. They wanted a child which was genetically perfect, so they experimented a bit with their own sperm and eggs (you know how it goes). Took out all the genetical disorders and fixed Alices DNA into perfection. But extravagant as they were, they also 'edited' Alice's genetic structure and brainpatterns, giving her the ability to generate Moleculukinetic (yeah...) beams, which 'dissolve' the magnetic flux density between molecules. Later more on this power.
So, little Alice grew up between the books on science and the unethical experiments on humans and monkeys and cats and rodents. Her mad-scientist parents were determent to teach her all about science and stuff. The parents were so determent; at the age of 4, Alice was able to draw the whole periodic table of elements straight from her mind. Alice was homeschooled for about 10 years. At the age of 9, her parents tought her how to amputate the limbs of small rodents and replace them with bionic limbs. Soon after, she took her already cyborg-rat and amputated and replaced his entire body, except for the brain and the heart. So in fact, she made a robot-rat.
At the age of 11, she could make a Van-Der-Graaf-generator, take it apart but in a different way, fix it again, take it apart again, fix it again, and make her cyborg rat electrostatic, which eventually caused his sudden demise. She also used to shoot her Gaussbeams at trees, but her parents told her to stop it when a tree collapsed and came down on the garden shed.
By the age of 13, she was sent to a school. She was briliant in mathmatics and science, but people considered her really really wierd, so she was also a briliant outsider. It didn't take long before she befriended a couple of goths, who assimilated her into their group and their scene. Alice's parents weren't really fond of her goth-ness, but they accepted it, respected it, on the condition that she would only listen to death- and black- and thrash- and stoner- and doom-metal in the soundproof room. Her friends took her seldomly to their places, because they knew their parents would NEVER, EVER approve of their children hanging around with that crazy girl called Alice. They used to hang around behind the school, drinking booze the older kids bought for them, smoking sigarets and pot, listening to metal. Or in the summer, at the estate of Alice's parents, who cleared out the newly build garden shed, just to keep those damn children out their house and especially out of their basement, where the experiments continued.
Alice's friends also experimented, but with a whole other kind of Acids, if you know what I mean. Alice's father was really against this, since his father used to use a lot of LSD too, and that caused his schitsophrenia. But the goths did it anyway. Alice was tought by her parents to keep her powers hidden, because she would freak out her friends and their parents and they would let Alice and her parents get arrest for some lame reason, which the police would extend to serial murder if they would discover the basement.
Alice fucked up most of her subjects at school. Except of Chemistry and Science and Biology and Math, in which she owned everybody. Straight A's, for the Win. And when you rule in stuff like that, nobody gives a rat's ass about low grades in other subjects.
When she graduated, she went on to study Neurobiology, which caught her interest after she experienced the hallucinogenic effects of LSD, PCP and Mescaline. It was a piece of cake for her, though she had some help of her schitsophrenic grandpa, who used to be a neurobiologist too. Grandpa Rolands, however, used to be a very controversial neuroscientist, who specialised himself in a certain supernatural phenomenum that is known as "Psychokinesis". He ignited Alice's interest in supernatural phenomena such as Psychokinesis and Telepathy.
When she was 25, both her parents died as a experiment went wrong and blew out half the west wing of the mansion. Alice enherited the mansion and the fortune of her parents. Most of her parent's work was destroyed in the blast, but Alice renovated the basement in the West Wing and began experimenting for her own. She had her grandfather discharged from the mental institution and renovated the East Wing for him to live in and continue his own research.
At her 27th birthday, she expanded her basement with another section, which she humbly dedicated to sophisticated weaponary research and testing. It was so big, she hired a small crew of fellow scientists to work for her.
But her money started to replenish, so she dove into the illegal circuit and started selling foreign governments and other self-sufficient organisations all sorts of high-tech weaponary. Which made a fortune, even larger than that of her parents. To laundry the money, she put up a firm, that did research at new forms of medication and nutrition. This too made a lot of money. So she hired more and more people, until she had to move the entire enterprise from her basement to a newly build skyscraper in down-town Seattle. At this point, she is 30 years old. Her grandfather also works for her, conducting his controversial experiments somewhere in a home somewhere deep in the woods, made for him by Alice. Meanwhile, Alice had taken a pseudonym to cover her illegal business: Elisabeth Gauss. Lady Elisabeth Gauss. Lady Gauss likes long strolls on the beach, caviar, fancy diamonds, money, world domination by her own hand and the tortured screams of weak humans. But Lady Gauss was not just a pseudonym. Deep in the darkness of Alice's mind, the LSD flicked a switch, which caused a slight malfunction in her brain, waiting to be activated. Another personality.

Powers:

-Gauss Beams: Alice is able to shoot so-called 'Gauss Beams' from her fingertips, her fists, the palm of her hand, her feet and her eyes. These greenish beams destroy pretty much everything in its path that is made of matter (so no forcefields or light or electricity). They dissolve the magnetic flux between molecules, enabling Alice to make a solid block of Titanium alloy sublimate into Titanium Vapor. But it requires a lot of energy to sublimate a block of titanium, though a beam fired by her fist is strong enough to blast all the way straight through a tank. Alice, however, is immune to her own blasts, since she is the generating source of the magnetic radiation. Alice is capable of storing this radiative (?) energy to a limited amount, but after she shot it all away, she must recharge her powers for at least 10 minutes.
So in short: Beams, Sublimates matter in a matter (ha!) of seconds, requires recharging after a number of shots.

No, I just filled it in, I don't know if they will approve it. But maybe I will do some quest, in case they won't approve of that.
