Sunny-Side Satan Worship

Father Gadreel's Parish, Sunny-Side, Montana, has become a sort of hot-stop for those of spiritual belief. The father himself has been bestowing miracles upon all who come to his mass. The thing is that these miracles work. He's bestowed good onto those who come to him, helping the weak walk and the blind see, but this comes with a price. The people he's performed these miracles on have had a drastic change in behaviour, becoming violent and anti-social. These people were good, honest, Christian families.

Our heroes, renegades, or vagabonds must've heard the strange reportings from the passers of the town. The town was known for its friendly inhabitants, but now its almost too friendly, the uncanny kind too. People use to be good, honest and kind but now they're the opposite. People are rude, sinful and completely unhelpful at times.

I wonder what's happening...



Medium Difficulty

The rewards for this Quest will come in the form of body parts from the villain once defeated. You may take a horn, tooth, ear, finger, leg, whatever you want from the demon. It will be imbued with the power of hell, so keep that in mind. You can fashion the body part into whatever you want, but it will be very potent at what it does. For example, if you were to fashion the tooth into a guitar pick, it would make you a very good guitar player. A passive item, but a good trophy never the less.

And you have the EXP of course.



Those attuned to hell and the undead will feel that something is wrong with Sunny-Side, but won't be able to place it exactly, and thus might be more drawn to the place than others. These lot will be feared by the townspeople as they almost feel threatened by their knowledge of what's going on, and thusly will not be the ones they try to convert and take to mass.

The quest will be largely a slow one, characters will be looking for clues and searching places at the start, the big fight comes at the end.
