Standing at 5'2", Wulfwynn is not the pinnacle of height and intimidation. However, she carries herself with an air of authority. Her skin is porcelain coloured, very light from the eternal grey skies of England. Following the theme, her hair is similarly muted, merely a tinge of blonde colouring the otherwise rather colourless hair on her head. She has styled it into a loose chignon. A feature that stands out are her eyes, vibrant amber a contrast to her other traits. Her frame is athletic and feminine, boasting a high difference in muscle hardness between tensed and relaxed due to her training.


In simple terms, Wulf is Machiavellian. She is manipulative, unafraid of using others to further her own goals, and mostly uninterested in befriending people otherwise. Fortunately for her, she is gifted with significant charisma, able to sway others to her way of thinking with surgically placed wording and navigating under the radar of those that might detect her treachery; she has practiced the art of politics for long and knows how to deceive. She is the type who will take a bribe but continue as normal, ignoring the money just received; the type to befriend corrupt people in power only to backstab or turn them in when they have exhausted their use.

However, this does not mean she is evil by nature. In fact, she has a natural empathy and is good at heart. A sensitive person when it comes down to it, Wulf hate seeing suffering and her heart aches, screaming at her to do something about it. The reason she performs these acts is so she can see a world at peace. The more she controls, the closer she is to her goal: a world where people can live without fear or worry. She is hyper-focused on this, enough for her to justify herself acting in a Machiavellian manner, but she knows it doesn't absolve her of guilt. Indeed, guilt is a constant part of her being, to the point of self-loathing. She hates that she is able to do this, to backstab, use and cast aside, but it's the only way she knows how to make a difference in the world.

She is a controversial person, with a lot of room for growth. It would be foolish to assume she has fully matured; perhaps she needs someone to help her mature and set her on the right path.


Wulf was born in England to an English father, a General in the British Army, serving the Queen loyally. Her mother is American, a land shark that deals in the buying and selling of plot/real estate. As may be eivdent from this, her upbringing was one of the most highly privileged in the world. She went to the best schools, had the best food, the best everything. Despite this, young Wulfwynn was very sensitive to the world and particularly the thoughts and feelings of others. She learned early on that pleasing those in power was the best way to get things; teachers would side with her and be easier on her, and she would get showered with praise so long as she acted the way that was wanted of her. Even her parents fell for this charm. But... it was never quite true, and she soon saw that her real personality was never quite desired by those around her. This made her understand that she was to manipulate others to get them to like her.

Her powers came to her subtly, when she was merely 10. A small spark at first, and somewhat uncontrollable. Though she attempted to hide this, her parents would soon find out, shocked at the revelation that she was a meta. Their minds were stuck in the past, and despite loving their daughter, were saddened to see she had powers. Their relationship has never been the same since. This did not, however, stop Wulf from going to a meta school to better control her powers. Better controlled and contained than wild and unpredictable. This only worsened her descent, but she gained strength. Studying fighting and her powers intensely, she was able to gain an incredible understanding of how the mechanics of the body work.

Unsurprisingly, this made her grow up somewhat detached. She cared not for most around her, even her parents. They loved her, but were unable to see past their vision of what they wanted for their child rather than what she truly was. She acted the perfect little angel for others, and slowly met others in power, most of which were also charmed or somewhat interested in the girl. She has since done her best to use this as a manner of influence with others, though she is far from having tangible control in England's political sphere. She is still young.

Now at 18 years old, she started political science in England, but she chose to have an online course. She wants to travel the world, both to gain more experience and increase her political power. Her parents only heard the first reason and ceded, perhaps no longer wanting to see her, but she'd never know.

Storm Engine: Her powers are based on lighting, extending only two metres from her body, and only with significant strength within a single metre. She can use lighting to strike within melee range, with incredible burst power potential.

Sub-Abilities:

Ultimate Fighting Logic: With her supreme understanding of martial arts and the mechanics of the body, she has gained athleticism beyond human limits. Her speed, strength, and agility are all on the low supernatural spectrum.


Frail Framework: Despite her athleticism, there's only so much she can do to compensate for the body that was given to her. Whenever she use Overdrive or pushes herself particularly hard in a certain span of time, she'll need to give herself a lull in which she allows her body to recover. Failure to do so will result in injury, and broken bones are entirely within the realm of possibility.

Macular Degeneration: She suffers from this disease, and she is forced to use glasses at all times if she wishes to see with any level of accuracy. It's not something resolved with a simple surgery, and despite being reinforced and tightly fit to her face, her glasses can still be knocked off. This causes a crippling loss in vision where she can barely see the movement of an arm, let alone any sort of attack.

Conductive: Water conducts electricity. If covered in water, or any other liquid that conducts electricity, she will electrocute herself as well as her opponents if she attempts to use Storm Engine.


Money: Lots of it. Her parents gave her a bank account and regularly deposit in it. She has the financial power to buy virtually anything without worry.

Reinforced Glasses: She bought these to ensure they didn't break during training. These glasses can weather through anything, and serve as both protection and a necessity to see.

As she grows and gains more fame and experience, she will acquire more political power. She does not stand idly by on her off-times. She's ensuring she makes connections, either interested in what she can do or thinking her baby-face means she will be easily taken advantage of. Regardless, she'll gain connections.

Her main martial art style is Wing Chun, but she has recognised it's weaknesses and incorporated various other martial arts into it. Muay-Thai for it's well-rounded 8 limb style, Choy Li Fut for it's circular motions to lend itself more power, and Tae Kwon Do for the hopping footwork.


“This is America…”

It was her first few days of stepping foot within the country her ancestors colonised so long ago. It was a very different atmosphere from what she was used to, especially because she was in New York of all places. Everything was so… big. The streets and roads in England were all smaller due to it being an older and smaller place, but Americans made everything expansive. This had its pros and cons, but she overall found it a nice change of pace from the UK, for the time being.

There were a few reasons she had chosen the US. Firstly, it was the best place by far for metas to train and expand their abilities, and she needed that. Expanding on her powers was a must if she wanted to make use of them for her own benefit. The other benefit is the fact that the US is the world’s centre of power. Control it, and you control the world, and that was exactly what she wanted. It helped that her mother was American and had connections, for she could now use these to her advantage.

This was coming along nicely. While she worked her way up the political sphere, she might as well make a name for herself in the hero world. But she had to be careful, lest she break the illusion of harmlessness she had worked so hard to create. Her political and hero life needed to be separated at all costs.

Her goals depended on it.
