History: Abandoned at birth by his parents. He was found by a hermit in the woods and raised him to be a fighter. When he turned 15 he enterd a dark tornament were you fight to the death. The winner would get a single wish from a mystical creature. After he won the tornament he wished to be immortal, but it could not be done so he asked to be young for as long as he lived. Now for the past 20 years he has bean serching for his family and anserws.
Powers: Allows the user to paralyze their opponents for up to 30 seconds with a glare from the Mittsugan eye on the user's forehead. It also allows short range reading of surface thoughts. Inaddition he also as they ability to summon the black flame dragon. (a dragon that when released has the power to level intire citys if hit)

-enhanced speed and his sword
-black flame dragon released- summons the black flame dragon out of his hand to attack his enemy
-dragons power- takes the dragons power in himself the dragon then increases his offensive and defensive abilities. While formidable, the technique drains so much energy that he becomes comatose after his energy has been used up
