Mitosis Advancements

Advancement Name: Skeletal Fortification
Advancement Description: Learning from her fight with Richard, Mitosis has strengthened her bones. Specifically she has changed her bone structure, adding in tooth enamel and mineralized layers to provide increased hardness without causing brittleness. This has effectively doubled the durability of her skeleton.
Advancement Weakness(es): Because the new structure is not part of Mitosis' baseline anatomy, it must be manually created. New bone growth, whether from growing new limbs or healing broken bone, will not benefit from the fortification unless effort is made to convert the fresh bone to the modified structure. This requires high intake of calcium and other minerals, and takes a week to implement with existing normal bone. It can be done at the time of growth, but quadruples the growth time and caloric requirement.
Advancement Price: 5 experience.
