Rating
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

The Looks
Edwin Aragon is a man whose very appearance radiates a quiet, reserved patience and kindness. His features are soft, his body small, and his eyes cheery blue beneath his short, light curls.
Quota, however, is a dark character. Quota’s face is concealed by a black gas mask with hollow blue eyepieces. He wears a black hood over his head that drapes down over his body to form long, flowing sleeves and a cape. He simply wears black beneath the open hooded cape: a tight black shirt that covers his neck, a pair of black pants belted to his waist, and a pair of light, black combat boots. From his belt drips the chains and faces of many dangling pocket watches, each a dark, polished chrome. The ticking of his clocks announces his presence and is a harbinger of death to nearly anyone who hears it.
The Personality
Edwin Aragon is nearly mute. He is sluggish and quiet and makes no move to socialize ever. He is isolated, patient, and timid. Very little excites or angers him. He works hard and efficiently, but never well with others.
Quota, however, is a man excited to kill, or, in his mind, to fulfill the task the god’s have given him. He is passionate, driven, and unable to be convinced that what he’s doing is wrong. He only kills those he’s “assigned” to kill, but the cruel hunger to do so still lingers. He is vocal and sadistic. Some may even consider him manic.
The Story
Edwin Aragon was born to teenage metahumans Catherine and Henry Aragon in a mass home called “Sanctuary” in Thailand. Sanctuary was, to the outside world, a religious cult with eight-foot cement walls surrounding it. To the Aragons and the 40 people they lived with, however, Sanctuary was just as it sounded- sanctuary. It was a secluded home where God could be worshiped without any of the outside distractions on the other side of the wall. Edwin Aragon grew up without questioning why he never heard any music, why he never read any books, why he never went outside the wall. He lived his life strictly and modestly with his parents and his “family in God,” and prepared for the traditional one-year “release” in which he’d go study the world and do God’s work.
Edwin’s powers began to show themselves early, and, with two metahuman parents, it was no surprise. Catherine Aragon possessed steel bones and could shell her whole body with steel in an emergency, though she’d remain in that state for an indefinite amount of time- the longest being three years of her childhood. Henry Aragon could fuse his body with any organic material, including humans around him. Edwin’s power was predictably a amalgamation of the two- the boy could shell and fuse parts of his body with inorganic materials in his environment. As his powers manifested, his release was quickly approaching. What would God tell him to do, especially with his powers?
To Edwin, his purpose was clear. His purpose was to use his strengths to cleanse, to bring God’s children back to Heaven. Yes, Edwin’s purpose was to kill, but he had better words for it. The Sanctuary members asked him not to, to reevaluate what God had told him, but Edwin was sure that this was it. In fact, he was so sure that, after a year of spattered murders, he didn’t return to The Sanctuary. He had more important things to do.
Edwin’s childhood in a secluded cult leaves him rather untraceable, perhaps even nonexistent in most modern records.
The Priority
1. Strength
2. Endurance
3. Reaction
4.Agility
The Powers
Power 1: Material Mimicry
Quota has the power to fuse parts of his body with inorganic materials surrounding him. He can simply shell his limbs in these materials as well as completely let a part of his body become made of that material as he absorbs it and fuses with it.
Power 2: Limb Creation
Quota can add up to two material limbs to his body, whether that be legs, arms, or a mixture of each. These limbs are temporary and, once destroyed, are nearly impossible for Quota to restore in in a single conflict.
Power 3: Shields Up
In absolutely extreme situations, Quota can merge his whole body with a material and go into a hibernative state for an indefinite amount of time, becoming a solid, unmoving statue of whatever material he has chosen.
The Weaknesses
Weakness 1: Beware the Frozen Heart
Quota’s fusion can put him in danger of destroying his own body. His heart, brain, and other organs need to remain functional, or, as they go out of service, his body will feel the effects, whether that be merely his body relying on his other kidney, or his heart completely stopping, resulting in death if not reversed. His manipulation of his limbs is more lenient; however, if he does not reverse his manipulation, a long-term loss of circulation may result in the necessity of amputation of a limb.
Weakness 2: We are Spirits in a Material World
When his limbs take on the properties of materials, they are susceptible to the material weaknesses of that material. For example, a metal arm can be melted, while a stone leg can be crushed. Quota must reform the limb while it is still in that form, or he will be left with melted flesh hanging from his arm socket or a pile of bone dust falling from where his knee once was. This reformation takes time and concentration and is especially painful.
Weakness 3: I Miss That Feeling of Feeling
In his hibernative state, Quota is still susceptible to death via the destruction of his material. He also cannot move or protect himself, becoming much like a butterfly in its chrysalis. He may be months before his body reemerges from the state, thus the move is an absolute fail-safe.
The Items
Gas mask - a black gas mask worn to both conceal Edwin’s identity and protect him from the unclean air of the modern world
The Minions
None.
The Fluff
Believing that the world before him is trapped and distracted by modern technology, Edwin believes he is both blessed and cursed with the ability to have some control of modern materials. Cursed because he has to sacrifice his purity, but blessed because he can show the people to fear the modern world.
Edwin targets people who are alone with very little systematic reason, yet.
