Arielle has a slightly tanned skin and what she describes as an “athletic body”. She keeps her black hair in an asymmetric cut, the right side partially covers her eye and reached her neck while the left side only covers the ear.

Most people know Arielle as that girl with the tight-fitting tank tops, skimpy skirts with elaborate belts, the nylon stockings, dark boots and her iconic black letter jacket with the elbow reaching sleeves. And if they never meet her at home, especially while painting or drawing, this is the only side of her they’ll ever see. While working Arielle wears a paint stained red and white checked shirt, blue jeans (often torn), and usually doesn’t bother with footwear or even socks.

Arielle is far-sighted and need her glasses to read, paint and draw. She wears rectangular bowline glasses for such occasions.



Simply summarized, Arielle is a shameless flirt who loves being the centre of attention. It doesn’t even matter to her if the attention is positive or negative.

She is often lazy and will postpone a task she doesn’t like as long as possible. If she is properly motivated, however, she is willing to give it her all to work out even the smallest details and won’t stop until the job is done.

Arielle has a fondness of bossing other people around and often keeps pushing them until she gets what she wants.

Though she claims to have many friends, most of these are only acquaintances at best. She only as a few true friends and is willing to do everything to help them. Even if she doesn’t always outright show it.



As the youngest child and only daughter to René and Edith Delafleur, a couple of wealthy industrials, Arielle was born into a life of luxury. Having everything handed to her on a silver plate, Arielle felt she lived a shallow and meaningless life. The goal her parents had set for her came down to: ‘Sois belle et tais-toi’ while her brothers would eventually take over the family business. This was not how she was planning to live the rest of her life.

This changed when she one day ran into a runaway Sam who was suffering from too many expectations from her mother. The two became fast friends and decided to follow their own dreams instead of living up to their parents’ wishes. For Arielle this was studying Economics so she could prove to her family she could help running the family business if she wanted to and studying to become a professional painter.
