She's smart, but not intimidatingly so. She is curious, and will always make sure to sight her sources for information instead of making up her own opinions first. She is not easily manipulated, but the idea of love has been known to distract her. She knows her way around a lie or two, and she's very good at doing it. She can also tell when someone else is lying, just by picking up on social cues. She can cry on command, and she sometimes uses it to get what she wants. But more often than not, she's quiet, polite, and sweet. Her favorite food is cabbage and sausage soup, and she's pretty sure she's allergic to peanuts. They make her itchy.


Born of unrequited love and lots of tears and sorrow, Vienna came into this world without any parents to call mother or father. Instead she grew up among foster homes and was passed back and forth, her past a complete mystery. That didn't stop her from trying her best to figure it out. She would spend most of her preteens sighing over cute boys during the day to fit in at school, and countless hours in front of a computer doing research and signing up to ancestry websites with stolen credit cards and forged identities.

Vienna was always a pale girl with raven black hair. She was so pale that her skin seemed to mimic porcelain. Even the most fare of shades for make up looked warm on her skin. She did not burn in the sun, and she never tanned in her life. She wasn't really a girl that enjoyed getting outside much as it was. She spent most of her time inside, refusing to be around the other kids she grew up with. Foster families were rarely nice, and when she finally got a good one, she did her best to stay quiet and not ruin it. The current home she stayed in was in a very tiny town in upstate Washington. Her family would take trips up to British Colombia, Canada and go ice fishing and tell stories. The foster family had another daughter and she was fair, but not as fair as Vienna.

The girl was named Sarah. She was tall, for a girl, and had a head of fiery red hair. Freckles danced across her cheeks, and her eyes were so green, they looked fake. Vienna's eyes were dark, deep, and blue. The high contrast between both girls was interesting, and curious to say the least. Sarah was kind to Vienna, and taught her how to apply makeup that would suit her fair skin. They both stayed up way too late, and enjoyed each others' company. But things always had to come to an end. As all good things must do.

Vienna was turning 16. It meant she had the opportunity to become emancipated from her foster family. She had been with Sarah and her parents for almost a year, and they had been the best family to ever foster her. But she knew something didn't feel right. The universe was calling out to her, telling her that something was wrong. The clock would strike midnight, and Vienna would rise from the depth of her slumber.

She had always been into the supernatural, and could swear that some of the tell tales were true, but most of her fantasies were in the books she read or movies she watched. As she rose from her slumber, a voice guided her. She had had dreams many times that started like this. They always seemed to be her waking up, and walking around the
