Personality:Phobia is a individual who enjoys Slaughters and helping people but has sometimes gone out of his way to spare a family or to save a persons life,Phobia will hold a grudge till his dying day if crossed and has a chip on his shoulder a breathe of wind could knock over on the other hand he is carefree and most of the time emotionally unattached to all things around him.

History:Born on a cold dark stormy day in Seattle to a Miss Sails Lance Sails was dropped off at the first house his drug dealing mother found the family raised him till he was 2 then dropped him at a orphanage having no desire to raise a kid and therefore to Phobia non exsistant in his life.Lance grew up in the Orphanage with no friends but a lot of fight's held his record along with the fact he was a delinquent.Lance has a Record 10 miles long and has earned every bit at 6 he was caught stealing from a store at 7 he got into his first assault conviction at 7 and a half a week from his birthday he stole a car adding theft auto which 2 years later went to grand theft auto,on probation by 10 he was sent back to juvenile hall for robbing a store while in there he was shanked and should have died but miraculously he lived and not even a scar lasted.At 12 he broke into a off limits company known only as Altego and was caught Phobia woke up 2 weeks later in a Alleyway and dragged his body back to the orphanage.Lance got into a fight and while fighting both hand's were surrounded in a red and black aura he freaked out before his hands went into blinding pain and both hand's were then covered in tattoos and 5 claws slid over each hand 1 claw for each finger.Lance struck shearing the Swing set pole in half.Lance went to master his talents and soon ran away from the Orphanage becoming a street urchin at 15 he killed his first person a mugger who chose him.Phobia fled Seattle after that.

Powers: Echolocation(Can sense his area around him like a super radar.(Phobia is blind).Heighten senses due to his blindness.(Normal things).Major healing.Aura Claws.Can regrow limbs and even organs.(Ties in with his healing)
