Rating
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Cyrus Solomon - Solomon
Personal Information
_________________________________________________________________________________________________
Real Name: Cyrus Solomon
Alias: Solomon
Title: The Undead Avenger, The Revenant, Rags
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Age: Unknown
Gender: Male
Race: Human (Revenant)
Citizenship: American (Seattle)
Hair: None
Skin: Caucasian
Eyes: Brown
Blood Type: Ectoplasm
Height: 5’10”
Weight: 170 lbs
Known Family Members:
Delilah - Deceased Wife
Sarah - Deceased Daughter
Physical Appearance & Physiology:
Solomon is covered in wrappings made of leather and cloth. He gives off a slight odor of decay, blood, and mold.
Personality:
As a being that is only alive due to the intense hatred that he feels for those who have wronged him, Solomon is understandably a reclusive individual. He has very little patience for small talk but is willing to sit in silence, if need be, until his next quarry presents itself.
If one is capable of breaking past the melancholic aura that he creates will find an empathetic soul that is lost in his own personal demons. Solomon enjoys art, especially music; he is usually found listening to songs with strong meaning and emotion behind them.
His sadness over the deaths of his family never left him, and without an outlet, he simply sits in silent suffering. He regularly visits their graves, leaving flowers in their memory. On the other side, Solomon constantly searches for the men who killed him and their mysterious employer, wishing to claim his vengeance.
Despite being on a personal quest for revenge, Solomon is willing to put his own revenge aside for that of others. Some believe this is because Solomon secretly fears death, others believe it’s because he can empathize with those who have been wronged.
History:
Born Cyrus Solomon, Solomon grew up to like his last name more than his first, empowered by the legacy of intelligence and philosophy. A normal man by all accounts, his life led him to study art, history, and philosophy; miraculously he found a career that involved such things and even found a wife. On the same day that his family grew by one more member, a terrible event befell Solomon’s family.
While on a job in Africa, Solomon had discovered a mummification site, one that was meant to preserve the warriors that would protect pharoahs in their journey to the afterlife. Upon discovery, Solomon received many ambitious and suspicious offers to the site and its contents, which he refused adamantly. Rather than seeking wealth, Solomon wished to share the discovery to the global history and knowledge that the world had.
When he arrived home to greet his wife and his newborn daughter, Solomon was greeted by armed men, sent by an unknown buyer to collect the artifacts that he had brought home for study. He lived long enough to find the remains of his family before his assailants shot him in the gut and left him for dead. After looting him, leaving behind nothing but scraps and broken relics, Solomon left the mortal coil with nothing but rage. Upon entering the darkness, Solomon was greeted by a voice.
"Do you want vengeance?" it asked.
"Yes," he answered.
When Solomon awoke, he was covered in the rags and broken relics left behind by the looters, bound together by the blood of his family and the remains of the decayed. Inside, there was only one thing left within, the force that gave him life.
Revenge.

Powers and Abilities
_________________________________________________________________________________________________
Powers:
- Spoiler:
- Superhuman Strength: Solomon is mystically empowered, giving him the ability to push his body far beyond the limits of a corpse. His upper limit hasn’t been tested, but it is generally accepted that his strength is around 1 ton.
Superhuman Durability: Solomon is held together by the mystical energies that resurrected him. He is capable of taking incredible amounts of punishment, but not in a traditional way, his body simply continues to move even when it shouldn’t.
Endless Stamina: Solomon’s body is fueled by the rage he feels towards his death. As such, his stamina is nigh limitless, able to hunt his prey for as long as he needs to.
Self Sustenance: Solomon is fully sustained by the energies that give him life and does not require air to breathe or food to eat or water to drink.
Regeneration: Solomon’s mystical energies and rage continue to maintain and repair his body from most damage. Most damage is healed instantly, allowing him to take on incredible amounts of punishment.
Intangibility: Solomon is capable of moving through walls and other solid obstructions. He is also capable of using it to avoid physical attacks.
Invisibility: Solomon is capable of disappearing from sight, making himself invisible to the naked eye.
Teleportation: Solomon is capable of teleporting anywhere within 100 feet of his current location, appearing as if formed from static.
Levitation: Solomon is capable of walking through the air as if it were solid ground, and is capable of walking on walls and ceilings as well.
Hunter's Sight: As a Revenant, Solomon is incapable of being fooled by things like illusions or invisibility. He is able to see the true nature of his targets and see them at all times.
Telekinesis: Like a poltergeist, Solomon is capable of moving objects with force of will alone. He is capable of lifting objects wildly with the equivalent of gale force winds at full power. The weight limit is very similar to his physical strength, able to lift anything under a ton with his will alone.
Possession: Solomon is capable of overtaking the minds of those around him, allowing him to see the world through their eyes, and act through their bodies. (Permission required for PCs and vital NPCs)
Hatred Sense: Solomon is capable of sensing the hatred of others, strongest in that of murder victims. This allows Solomon to see and feel the target of hatred within 500 feet of a victim.
Experience/Abilities:
Artist: While not a master craftsman or an incredible painter, Solomon understands the language of art and is capable of understanding things that less creative minds might overlook.
Historian: Solomon has a great understanding of history in both events and archaeology, able to date objects with a few observations and predict how buildings are made based on their historical presence.
Linguist: Solomon has a strong grasp of English, Arabic, and Coptic.
Weaknesses
- Physical Weaknesses:
- Iron: Pure, untreated iron is capable of dealing incredible amounts of damage to Solomon’s body. Prolonged exposure to iron disperses Solomon’s essence, leaving his heart exposed. (Being stabbed with a wrought iron weapon will slowly disintegrate Solomon so long as he is touched by it)
Silver: Silver disrupts the mystical energies that makeup Solomon’s body, able to cut off the parts of his body as if they were made of paper.
Decapitation: If decapitated by a weapon made of items listed amongst his weaknesses, Solomon’s body ceases to move until his head is reattached.
Ash Wood: Ash disrupts the mystical energies that makeup Solomon’s body, disabling whatever part of his body it is embedded in. If an ash wood stake were to pierce his heart, Solomon would be paralyzed until it was removed. Ash wood also ignores Solomon’s intangibility, dealing damage as normal.
Heart: Solomon’s heart is the center of his body. If it is kept in a container, Solomon is unable to restore his body until it is freed.
Salt: Solomon is incapable of passing through lines made of salt at doorways, or entering a room via intangibility if all regular entry points are blocked by salt. Exposure to salt will free anyone possessed by Solomon.
Tangible to Touch: Solomon must be tangible in order to interact with others, which leave him susceptible to attack.
Magic: Mystical attacks are capable of hitting Solomon through his intangibility.
Divine Weapons: Weapons from heavenly or divine realms are capable of breaking apart Solomon’s essence and slicing his body with little resistance.
Legendary/Ancient Weapons: Any weapons of worldwide fame or over 99 years old will cause harm to Solomon even while intangible.
Cameras and Electronics: Video cameras are capable of capturing Solomon’s image when he’s invisible, and electronics actively create static in relative proximity to him.
Fire: The rags on Solomon’s body can catch fire with sufficient flames. Fire is capable of matching the rate of Solomon’s healing by also eating away at his ectoplasm. While burning, Solomon is susceptible to more damage.
Homes: Solomon is incapable of entering the confines of a home filled with family history and feelings of love. As a being of hatred, familial love protects those within.
Liquids: Liquids that can be absorbed by the rags and leather that make up Solomon’s body cause him to become slower and more sluggish. Until dried, he continues to move at a slower pace.
Holy Ground: Holy places such as churches, synagogues, or mosques are the only places where Solomon is like a normal human. So long as he remains within the confines, he is incapable of using any of his powers.
Religious Icons: Items such as Holy Water, Crosses, Stars of David burn Solomon to the touch and can be used to banish him from an area if held in the hands of a true believer of the faith. Holy people such as clergy are capable of banishing Solomon with prayer alone.
Ghosts: Disembodied spirits are capable of seeing and hurting Solomon no matter what, and their abilities work on him as if he were a human. Their touch disrupts the energies that made up his body, causing pain and distortion with his movements.
Sunlight: Solomon’s physical power is lessened under direct sunlight. His strength is halved, his body is easier to break apart, and he can tire. He is also hit with bouts of pain and sickness from combined starvation, dehydration, and his incredible amount of wounds; these sensations break his focus.
- Mental Weaknesses:
- Peace [RP Weakness]: Solomon’s essence is kept alive by his rage and hatred, which allow him to enact his revenge. If Solomon were to ever find peace, he would die.
Empathy [RP Weakness]: Solomon is very susceptible to the hatred of those who have been murdered, practically forced to enact the revenge of the innocent.

- Spoiler:
- The night sky on Seattle was awash with rain, thunder and lightning danced miles away as a lone figure stood in the city cemetery. Solomon looked down at the headstones, staring solemnly at the names etched into the smooth rock: Delilah Solomon XXXX-XXXX, Sarah Solomon XXXX-XXXX; their ages barely visible; their names almost lost to time. Solomon bent down, running his hand along the weathered words and numbers as a pain coursed through his body; his fingers burned as they caressed the cross in each, letting off a small cloud of smoke.
"I'm sorry Delilah, I wish I could go back and change everything," he said, "neither of you deserved this."
As he bent down to place the flowers held in his other hand, Solomon felt a twinge in the back of his neck. It was a familiar feeling, the feeling he knew all too well; a murder had just occurred. As quick as a thought, Solomon vanished, entering through the veil to the source of his feeling.
Appearing in the world again, Solomon looked down at the body of a woman. Her body was ravaged by abuse and her clothes were torn; her blood mixed with the rainwater, slowly washing away evidence along with her life essence. Solomon touched her head with his hand, feeling the sensations she felt in her death. He could feel her fear; he could feel her sadness; he could feel her rage.
He could feel him.
He wasn't far, Solomon could feel him slowly moving away, he wasn't scared. He would be soon. Solomon embraced the woman's feelings and began to walk, he was going to enjoy this one.
Turning a corner, Solomon's eyes focused on the murderer. His walk was calm and confident, he had done this before. Solomon could feel the rage of victims past, those who had given up on any hope of vengeance. Noticing that Solomon was behind him, the man turned to face him. His face was ugly, squashed and fat, unkept and noticeably filthy even in the rain; he gave Solomon an annoyed look.
"What do you want, freak?" he said, "I don't have any change for you."
"Did you enjoy it?" Solomon said, walking towards him.
"What did you say?" the man said, walking at Solomon with his shoulders raised.
"Did you enjoy killing her?"
"What?" he said, stopping in his tracks.
"Did you love feeling powerful?" Solomon said, closing the distance, "did you like knowing that you were more powerful than a young woman. Did you like knowing that she was scared of you?"
"I don't know what you're talking about," he said, backing away.
"You don't know about the woman lying dead in the alley behind me?" Solomon said, his pace steady.
"There's a body?"
"Don't play dumb," Solomon said, his voice rising.
"Look, the bitch was asking for it, dressing like the whore she was and not accepting my business," he said, his indignant look returning, "what are you going to do about it anyway?"
"Avenge her."
The next morning, police cars surrounded the alley, sirens silently. The police grimly looked over the scene, two bodies found; a woman was found in tatters; a man was found in pieces...
