Thwart the Evil, or Become It
I n f o r m a t i o n
Reason for this quest: To get some good, good XP for some good, good people. And also to show Naomi that she's not the most badass character in all the land. (Even though she really, really thinks she is.)
So I have a character, her name is Naomi, and she goes by Dreamweaver, or N.K. Wells. She's a villain that thinks she's hot shit on a silver platter, and she wants to show the world she can dominate anything she puts her mind to. She's going to be considered a Boss NPC for this quest chain, and the reward will be quite nice if you guys can band together to thwart her. She will have an arsenal of NPCs at her disposal, as well as a full range use of her 'Reality Manipulation' power for this quest in order to make it a lil bit more tough for those involved.
Basically, you should:
Atlanta, GA is hosting a giant Anime Convention with lots of people and lots of fun. However, one individual has made it their goal to trap these people here for her own entertainment.
To those that want, this could be a great opportunity to kill off a character, or progress them exponentially. Number one, we're going to have this quest take place in Atlanta, Georgia during an anime convention. Number two, it's going to be really fun!

As much fun as it would be to see Darren do this, Romulus is absolutely in. I totally just imagine the scene with Batman and Ace from Justice League except you know it won't happen.
