New York blue (open)

IT has been a few days but the days has felt like minutes since Arrowman left Los Angles. Arrowman left his city after his run in with Max towers, a man he met who turned out to be a super villain with powers that allows him to grow. This is the first time that Arrowman has ever dealt with a person with superpowers but Max did mention that there are other heroes in New York so Arrowman decided to go there since there would be lods of heroes there, Arrowman looks around at the tale buildings "What happened to this place?" He wounder to himself while the Arrowmobile sped down into New York like a lightning bolt passing every car in his way. He decided to pack his car into an alleyway that looked like nobody would ever go down, he parked up his car so he can go over his plan to find the heroes that could help him.

Dire was just about to head back home from his run in New York to good ol' Los Angeles, until he ran into an armed robbery.
"Dammit, always with the robberies... Why not a terrorist threat or something like that?" He huffed as he began scoping out the situation.

They had it locked up tight, these were professionals.
He was looking from a rooftop but couldn't get much of a view due to the snipers.
Yeah, snipers... For an armed robbery.
Whatever they were taking, they wanted it bad.
The building itself was only one story, it was a grand, white building that looked kind of like a Greek work of art.
There were four snipers in all.
As much as Dire knew he could take them, he didn't want to get too dumb. He could play this safe. He HAS to play this safe. If not for him, then for Nadia.
He cracked his neck and prepared himself for the stakeout.

Arrowman loaded his gear, he had two pistols in his pocket while carrying his custom G36c. As Arrowman started to walk out he noticed the armed robbery,

"Well shit.. How should i handle this?"

He wounded to himself, he looked up and saw the sniper.

"Oh mate! You guys look like you are about to have fun."

He smirked.

"Like how i am going to have fun with you."

Arrowman threw his left arm to the side to open his grappling hooks and shoots it to the building, pulling himself to the roof at high speed.

Dire watched the obvious rookie grapple up to the rooftop.
"What the hell?"

The villain part of him said to let the kid get ripped apart and use him as a distraction.
The hero part of him said hop in BEFORE the guy got ripped apart.
The indifferent part said leave the situation completely alone.
Lucky for him, he was feeling like a hero.

He teleported on the roof with his blue flaming katanas blazing.
He cut through the first one, used his demonic speed to dispatch of the next, and shot the one the guy didn't take care of.
Three to one, nice Dire! He thought.
"That was reckless."
He said, more calm and tolerant than usual.

Arrowman looked at the guy teleport in but before he would talk to him he shoots the last sniper in the head with his custom g36c

"Well hello there mate"

He said looking at the guy, but walks over to the dead body of one of the snipers to look at his outfit.

"Gentlemen.." he said is soft and clam voice but looks up to the sky "You gonna die Ryan, just you wait."

Dire looked at the guy, with a disapproving look.
The type most heroes gave him.
He couldn't lie: it felt good to be on this end.
"Name's Dire. You?"
He looked over the side to see if anyone took note of the gunfire.

After the introduction, "Alright, we've gotta get in here stealthily."

Arrowman looked at him smirking "Well, I am Arrowman." He said while looking at the dead bodies. "Well Dire, where is the fun in that?" He said jokingly "I mean, us two together could take them all on, and get information on the Gentlemen." He turned back looking at his gun then at his grappling hooks.

Dire chuckled. He used to be like that when he started out, hell he's STILL like that.
This guy was pretty much him not too long ago.
"Because, it'd be a lot more impressive if we did it quietly. The people wouldn't even know it was coming."

Arrowman turned around looking at Dire.

"Look dude, i have been doing this for 2 year, I know what i am doing. I maybe new to your universe but i know what i am doing. Also think of how much fun it would be to take them all out."

Lilu released a slight sigh, as he perked back up with a wide grin and smile waving his hand as to say goodbye to a car driving away. He had just finished up a large funeral held for a group of kids who lost their lives in a chaotic super powered fight, on his native islands. A so called hero vs. villain tangled up all out battle lead to the massive destruction along a small neighborhood, claiming the young children's lives. Lilu unfortunately was away at that moment, due to trying to spruce up his renown overseas with a push from his family, causing Lilu to carry a massive amount of guilt not being there for his people when they needed him, instead playing hero and villain tag.

Suddenly, from an alleyway a short distance away he heard an outbreak of firing weaponry. Lilu usually doesn't bother with petty crimes off the islands, but today he wasn't in a good mood in the slightest. He felt the need to get out this pent up frustration with a little physical altercation, he knew this wasn't the right way to deal with it, but he didn't care his emotions taking over again. In one power leap he bounds over in the direction of the alleyway, heavily slamming upon the concrete causing it to crack in a small shock wave. Lilu arose back up his fist balled tightly; arching himself up straight his face boiling with a look of nothing but rage. He automatically sees a familiar face, yes he knows this thing the one who started that little hero team, and what looked like mauled dead bloody bodies around the area. He takes no notice of the other man accompanying Dire as he slowly began to walk towards him with a glaring look in his eyes. Lilu finds himself able to only spout out two words at the time towards Dire simply saying in a dry harsh tone "...Leai...you."

Arrowman look at this new guy with just appeared "Who the hell are you?" He was confused about this but didn't care and just cheeked his gun "I am guessing you too know each other and stuff like that?" Arrowman questioned this new man.

Dire saw Lilu approaching and grinned impishly.
"Such harsh words for an old pal! How've you been Lilu? I've missed you! You always were a good mix of calm and whatnot..."

He looked towards the other guy he just met, "Yeah, this is Lilu. He was on an old team superteam I was a part of a while back. He's a good guy."

Arrowman looked around then back at Dire
"So does every superhero here in this universe have powers?" questioning Dire on the topic.

Dire looked to the new acquaintance with a sideways grin.
"Just about. I haven't met one without any thus far... Unless MW counts... Probably not. Anyway. So how are we doing this?"

Arrowman smirked, he had already cooked up a plan that would work.
"Simple, We go in, and shoot all the bad guys dead then ask the last guy alive what they are doing."
