Description/goal: The jury is an initiative created by Cebra Ulkenne as a means of dispensing justice without the burden of proper law enforcement or bleeding hearts. We also engage in political sabotage, blackmail, hacking and many non violent forms of influencing law and policy across North America. Our goal is not simply to clean up after a crime has occurred but to dissuade and prevent future crimes from happening. We also engage in intimidation of criminal organisations by more violent means. Making an example of human traffickers by skinning them and leaving them in the sun is one such example. Cebra began this project as a reaction to the disgusting, corrupted state of the world around him. The motto of the Jury is "Justice over law."

History: After the fall of Tower Schofield, Orions plasma test lab. The death of approximately 240 civilians in a plasma accident including Nickola Argrov one of few dearly trusted friends. Cebra decided it was time to take action, that working on his own despite having complete control over everything as too much. He needed help from like minded people, people who had no remorse for those who victimize and exploit others for gain, meta, human or cyborg... He would see them all judged harshly.

Info+: The group will not be very large, no more than 10 characters (not players but characters). We will rarely engage in large scale battles nor will we have any support staff, The jury will be very surgical and tactical in their missions. Currently the only base of operations is a penthouse under an alias with a few weapons caches. Cebra managed to acquire a few basic vehicles including two motor cycles, a SWAT van customized and a pick up truck. All in all nothing special and clearly all stolen.

Cebra provides the main source of wealth via siphoning small nearly untraceable amounts of money from the world economy. He can also produce many needed tools and weapons from scratch which helps curb costs.
