Oscar stands at 172 cm with a lanky build, slight bits of muscle only being found on his abdomen and back area. His left arm is unorganic and looks similar to the one above. His left leg is also metal but only after the knee. Burn marks and scars can be found where the robotics and the flesh meet. His eyes have also been artifically enhanced but look organic, not being too different to normal eyes in appearance.

His light brown hair is kept in a brown mess atop his head, usually covered by a beanie were this hair bends out the ends.

His hero costume is quite minimalist in its design. It starts with a white visor that covers his eyes to hide his identity. Then we have his jacket which is made from a white leathery material, having a black and gray streak running up the left side of the jacket. It's left open to show a chest piece that's made from a certain carbon fibre, having a white handprint on the chest part of the thing, the palm similar to his robotic hands. On his lower body is a pair of white combat pant with the same gray and black streak running down the left leg. The combat pants are tucked into a pair of black boots.



Oscar is a very shy and timid boy. He has always been shy for as long as he can remember. This is because he's scared of judgement from other people and doesn't want to be looked down apon. This is also a mechanism to hide his identity, if he doesn't try to socialise then he won't be caught out by those around and near him.

This shyness dissapears after he dawns his costume. Once he's in anonymity he feels like he can let out his technical and intelligent side. Here he isn't scared to speak his mind and may crack a joke from time to time.



Oscar can tell you anything about the lif he's had up until the age of 13. He remembers waking up on a metal table inside some lab with great pain surging in his left arm and leg, making him buckle and scream out in pain for what felt like hours to him. He'd rolled off the table and finally opened his eyes, his vision fuzzy and almost glitching his vision. He was able to see his left and scream out in shock, the pain fading slightly as he kept slapping his head, his vision restoring itself. He'd sat himself up and leaned on the wall, looking down at his new arm. It felt strange at first, it was clear the pain was the arm locking into his flesh, same case with his leg. He soon properly stood up and began to stumble out of the lab, passing out as soon as he'd left the building.

Next thing he knew he was somewhere snowy with a group of homeless men who had given the boy some clothes to wear other than the pair of chargo shorts he stumbled out the building with. They told him that he had been found in the forest nearly naked and they saw him, deciding to help the kid out. They asked about his arm but Oscar was too shy to speak, everything was happening too quickly for him.

Later on down the line Oscar had found himself on the streets at the age of 14. He was stood near a cash point and his metal and accidentally brushed past it. It started to glitch and showed a balance under the name of "A friend" of $20,000. He took this money like any  desperate child and ran without question. He then made a plan up. He made a fake trainee drivers license and went to a bad part of New York where he was able to find a old man nice enough to let him rent out one of his apartments, using his own name as a guarantor.

As the years passed he descovered his powers. He descovered his powers of techopathy when he first bought a mobile phone (at 14), being able to deconstruct and reconstruct it in moments.

He descovered his Magnetic powers when he nearly got ran over by a truck, it getting close and Oscars power activating and sending the truck flying backward.

Super intellegence? Descovered thay when he first used and computer but didn't know it was a power since he started trying to memorise everything.

And lastly he descovered his regeneration when he first got hit in a fight.  

He made his costume when he was 16 and began fighting crime as the hero Half Metal.

Overide - Allows Oscar to access and bipass and under government level software by way of interfacing. This allows him to store data or just simply get into places others can't.

Magnokenisis - The power of magnetism, being able to attract and push away any magnetic objects. Oscar can use this to zip around places and potentially stop potential dangers and attract metal to him as some sort of shield. This isn't too overpowered however, he can only really use it on anything that weighs less than a M1 abram tank (weighing 62 short tons).

Techopathy - The power to construct technology with the mind. This is used for many different occasions. Maybe to make a shield, modify his arm or create some sort of weapon

Super intellegence - Oscar basically has knowledgeof most things do to a chip inside his head that directly connects to the Web. If it's on the Internet all he needs to do is think about it abound he'll be able to access it.

Nanobot regeneration -Inside Oscars regentitive cells are little nanobots that speed up him healing factor by 20 times a normal human. This means over a short period of time he can heal cuts that'd take months for a normal person to heal from.

Bionic eyes - Oscar has roboticly advanced eyes, allowing him to see farther than your averagehuman and in better detail.



System shock - Electricity can blow out his robotics and leave him defenseless

180° offense - his techopathy and magnokenisis only work on things directly in front of his arm, if you can get behind him he's pretty much powerless to stop you

Robotic pain - if you knock one of his robotic enough it'll disconnect and shift it, causing great pain as it reinserts itself.

Dead sinker - his robotics make it near impossible for swimming.

Weak regeneration - His cells maybe be abe to repair things quickly but that doesn't mean he can regrow limbs and all that, it's for small cuts and burns not amputations.

Mechanical takeover - At some times his mechanical side can take a mind of its own, deciding that something would be illogical which could lead to him getting hurt.



The only item he carries is trigger mechanism with a grip, allowing him to construct weapons from electronics with technopathy.

"Owch!" Oscar cried with he brunt his finger with the blowtorch in his hand, shaking it and sucking the burnt area. In his left hand sat the burner in his metallic hand, the flame pointing upward. He'd been working on his trigger mechanism as it had been damaged in his last fight, snapping in two pieces. "Damn that guys wires were strong, wonder eat they were made of..." He muttered to himself as he got back to work, his bionic eyes adjusting to the heat.
