Ambitious yet honest, King Zap has no illusions of righteousness. The Tyrant of Voltage strives to be calm and superior, only revealing his true colours when foiled or angered. In reality, he is vengeful to the point of being petty and also disproportionately violent. Zap is known for being generous to those that serve him well. While generally a no nonsense kind of guy, the electrokinetic is no stranger to theatricality, and will often try to outdo his opponents in this regard.

Electricity Generation: King Zap was born with the power to excite electrons around and within his body. He can generate focused beams with the aid of his techno-organic arm, without which he is limited to blasting electronical waves in his immediate surroundings. This power also allows him to cloak his body with electricity.

Electricity Absorption and Storage: Exactly what it says on the tin. Zap has the ability to absorb and temporarily store electricity in his body, as long as it is generated either artificially or his to begin with. The electrical energy produced by fellow electrokinetics is impossible for him to maintain.

Techno-Organic Arm: Zap is rarely seen without his prosthetic arm. Directly wired to his brain, the limb can focus the power of an electronic wave into a condensed beam. It is prone to overheating; however, disconnecting it from his brain will cause excruciating pain to the King.
