Charlie is a little kid at heart more than anything; ever since he was a kid, he was obsessed with dinosaurs and now? The young paleontology student has had a dream come true in this world of aliens, eldritch monsters, and supermen.

He is a man of his morals; don't cause too much harm, don't hurt kids, and ignore all the fast food restaurants that refuse to salt their french fries more than a little sprinkle - because that's what everyone should do. Charlie is not someone who tends to leave himself emotionally open - although he isn't afraid to show the immense amounts of joy he gets from riding on the back of a gargantuan meat eating lizard.



Growing up in an impoverished part of Melbourne; the young Charlie always knew he wanted to be a paleontologist. Dinosaurs were a major facet of everything Charlie. His earliest memory is sitting down with his father, David to watch a documentary on the TV about dinosaurs that he found absolutely fascinating to his young mind.

This pursuit followed him through life; getting good grade all through High School, and when he made it into the University of Queensland he knew the first thing he would do set up his major in paleontology. But he did need a backup plan. So he placed his minor in engineering. He did well; in school and soon found himself in a paleontology understudy program.

It wasn’t until his 6th year in college that Paleo found himself with a package outside his door; he took it to his bed and began unwrapping it. Inside was a strange helmet. It looked like a normal bike helmet that had lights on the top - like Christmas lights, yes - inside were metal bands to hold it onto his head and a strange whirring inside. He found on a note inside.

“Meet me at F132/601 LITTLE COLLINS ST, Melbourne, Vic 3000
at 8 o’ Clock PM. I await.”
He began to make his way to the warehouse; more out of curiosity than anything else.

That’s where he found…. Paleo. An Australian supervillain with… an oddly similar helmet to the one he now held in his hand. However, something seemed to be wrong with Paleo. He was paler than usual, frail even. He motioned Charlie forward. “You’re Charlie?” He asked staring at him with milky white blind eyes. Most people had forgotten Paleo as he was only a minor villain in the 1950s. Charlie did not. He nodded silently; knowing this man was dangerous. "Good... You'll be a worthy successor to my name. He stated and pressed a button on his remote. "Welcome Charlie... To a world of pure imagination." And Charlie saw... Dinosaurs.

Dinosaur-Based Telepathy - Paleo has the ability to control dinosaurs with his mind; he does this by using his helmet which he nicknamed the “Dino to Human cerebral interface”.



Weakness 1 - If the helmet gets badly damaged or destroyed; the dinosaurs are allowed to rampage

Weakness 2 - The Dinosaurs are slower and less strong than before due to environmental changes

Weakness 3 - The Helmets range is not very far; at most 1000 feet. If the dinosaurs escape this range; they will rampage until a connection is re-established.

Weakness 4 - Cold environments are not suitable for the Dinosaurs

Weakness 5 - The power can control dinosaurs, not modern animals.

Weakness 6 - Since the helmet telepathy is rather weak, other forms of telepathy can overpower it.



“Human to Dino Cerebral Interface or HDCI” A helmet made of a metal of yet undetermined origin. The helmet allows Charlie to talk to dinosaurs with his mind.

“Fossil to Dinosaur cloning machine” A cloning device with the ability to extract even minute strands of DNA from fossils and then turn them into beasts of prehistory. This device is massive at around one ton per cloning vat. Each tube has glass windows to the inside of each tank, as well as metal casings around the bottom and the top to protect the delicate wiring within. There are six tubes in total, each hooked up to a central control console, that monitors the life signs, and the cloning progress.

Item Weakness 1 -  The cloning machine cannot be moved outside of the building in Darwin, Australia

Item Weakness 2 - It requires a massive amount of power to function properly

Item Weakness 3 - If the cloning machine is damaged or forced to stop; the clones will be malformed or unstable if formed at all.

Weakness 4 - The cloning machine takes a long time to clone, one month on the smaller dinos, six to eight on the bigger dinos.

Weakness 5 - All newly cloned dinos start out as babies but grow at an accelerated rate. It still takes 4 weeks for the small dinos, and 3 months for the big dinos to grow to full size.
