A new alliance in Marseille

Marseille, the beautiful port town in Southern France. The smell of the salty sea air, tinged with fish and an fresh bread blew through the cobbled, narrow streets bustling with strangers and friends alike. Unfortunately, the day just wasn't going as nicely as it seemed to be...at least not for Amarantha. She expected to spend the whole day out in the fresh air under a cloudless baby blue sky with a basket full of goodies! But no. Where was she? In an filthy ally, holding a filthy mugger by his nasty, stained shirt that smelled like smoke and other things she didn't even want to think about. She had caught this ruffian stealing money and expensive items from local  sales booths. She didn't even have to read his emotions to know what his intentions were. He was a thief, and a messy one at that, and she hated his unfair actions against other hard working citizens.
"Ecoute, mosh renard," (Listen ugly fox [I know a bit of french lol sorry...culture tip, in french foxes are symbolic for sneaky, conniving, theieves...lol]) "Vous devez donner à ceux de retour, en ce moment, ou sinon vous serez manque quelques éléments très précieux, ça va?" (You need to give those back, right now, or else you'll be missing some very valuable items. Understand?)
She made a pointed look to his 'jewels' then looked back up. The man nodded vigorously before she let him go. The little rat scurried off, headed back to the places where he looted from. Amarantha sighed and wiped her hand off on her light blue carpris. She had no idea what was on that shirt...but it was greasy and gross.

Vacation. When it is summer people goes to vacation to relax and enjoy the sun. People travel to exotic and charming places. Admittingly France was quite charming. Lots of good food and interesting old buildings.

Unfortunately for Phaser, he did not enjoy this vacation. Not at all. Vacation took him away from his home in New York. And that meant that people will get hurt during his absence. His parents doesn't help the matter. Once they got home, they barely interacted with him and then took him to France. They said that it will be a nice vacation. But to them it is another business trip. Phaser knew it.

Luckily, Marseille wasn't lacking in crimes and even more luckily, Phaser managed to sneak his suit into the luggage without his parents knowing about it. Thus when his parents left him alone (Which is always), Phaser will wander out to the city to find criminals and stop their from committing crimes. He was tracking a criminal. He was about to intervene and stop the criminal from hurting a girl when the girl turned the table and handled him.

Phaser watched from the side-walls of the ally. When the criminal ran away, Phaser jumped off his hiding place and made his presence known to the girl.

"That was amazing!" He shouted and raised his arms in excitement. His helmet was displaying a (^^). "It was so cool! I loved how you managed to wipe that thief's smug smile on his face and then turned to pure horror when you beaten him handily! Phaser continued his excited rant.

He wasn't exactly a friendly look despite his emoticon helmet. Phaser was dressed like a black ninja with a glass helmet. He was carrying a sword behind his back. And he was acting weird.

"I am Phaser! Can you speak English?" He asked the girl while pointing at her.

Amarantha jumped a bit at the sudden voice behind her. Turning around she did a double take at the man in ninja costume with a very real looking sword on his back. Even weirder was his helmet. It was like a screen or something. A bit dumbfounded she sort of gaped like a fish.
"Uh...y-yea. I speak English. And thanks." She smile a bit. "I hat when people hurt others for their own selfish needs. I mean, if he was dying it might be different...but he wasn't, so he had no excuse." She held her hand out for him to shake. "I'm Amarantha. Nice to meet you...Phaser you said?"

Phaser immediately grab her hand and shakes it energetically. Such a pleasure! He said. Phaser took a step closer. She could not see his facial expression due to his helmet. But his helmet displayed a () smiley. "So what are your powers exactly? I am not entirely sure, but I know you did something to that man."

"It is super strength? Some weird psychotic mind-blowing stuff? What is it!?" He continued while still being quite excited.

yay, France one of Jeannie favorite places to visit it was pretty and had yummy food.  she found herself there doing some modeling.

at the moment she had some free time and was taking in the sites.  she stopped to take a picture in front of one of the tower looking buildings. she really liked the buildings here they were like castles.

darn silly building why do you got to be so tall Jeannie seemed to have trouble as her arms weren't long enough to hold the camera far back enough to get the whole building in.well my outfit does look cute so guess this picture wasn't a total loss, it's a keeper

maybe she could ask some to help her, she sees a girl and a ninja? huh, I thought they were only in Japan, maybe he is on vacation. Jeannie thinks she goes over to talk to them um miss, Mr. Ninja could either of you give me a hand? see I need help I was trying to take a picture by that cool building, but am having trouble getting it to fit right taking pictures of yourself is such a pain sometimes

Amarantha Smiled at his exuberence. "I can read people emotions and do a few other things with them." She said with a small shrug.
'He knows about Metas...I wounder...?' She thought, then asked. "So are you a big fan," Amarantha motioned to his clothing, "or are you a super human too?" She asked.

"Aye that I am a big fan! You guys are special and amazing! He raised his arms again. "And reading emotions are cool too! Like super cool. You must be experiencing plenty of emotions at once. Or is it only when you want to?" Then he remembered that she asked him a question too. He waves his hands.

"Oh I am no Superhuman. Nope. Not. I'm just a normal person. Yes. Just normal." He said nervously like he wasn't suspicious enough already.

Then someone called him Mr. Ninja and Phaser's helmet snapped toward the direction of the person who called him. It was another woman. He heard that the woman needed help. Taking picture. "Don't worry, Lady Stranger! Phaser is here to help you!

He attempts to snatch her phone off her hands.

oh thank you phase, I'm jeannie she smiles finding the energetic boy amusing. she lets him take her phone so he can take the picture.

so any idea's on what kinda pose I should try?

Amarantha walked up to them and thought for a minuet. "hmm...Try this." She said and posed, hand on hip, and arm in the air, sort of model like.

Phaser searched and searched until he found a good angle for the Lady and started taking pictures. Although it only took him a few minutes. By the time he returned the phone back, he has taken fifty picture for the lady.

"I hope this is enough. Have I accomplished your task to your satisfaction?"

His helmet displayed a (?).

oh yeah I can do that one Jeannie copies the lady's poseyeah that was great Mr. ninja Jeannie looks amused as his helmet popped up a question mark to go with his questionare you like a robot or something?

Amarantha smiled at her question. "No, I think he's more like an ADHD ninja. Anyways, it was nice to meet you miss. Have a nice time here! Go see Lyon in the northern part of France if you want, I hear its nice this time of year." She smiled and waved her goodbye.

"Maybe?" Phaser replied sheepishly. "Anyway, glad to be of service, Lady. I hope to see you again."" He also waved at her.

His helmet displayed a (<3)

ok I'll go do that bye bye, pretty lady!jeannie waves goodbye as she left, she turns her attention to the ninja boyyeah thank you Mr.ninja you where most helpful, huh wonder where that lion place she was talking about is

Amarantha looked at Phaser again as the lady walked away. "So anyways, whats the suit for? Are you really a ninja or just trying to look like one?" She asked with a smile
