The Looks

Rajesh has shaggy, black hair that falls over his face messily, his eyes are a dark brown and he has a brown skin tone. However, when Quick Scope takes over, Rajesh's eyes gain a redish tinge and his hair becomes streaked with grey highlights.
Rajesh doesn't quite cut an intimidating figure at his height and to this day he blames his Indian genes for his shortness but Quick Scope from day 1 has set him a grueling pace of ruthless work out drills and free-running courses. Now the shorter than average man has developed a lean and slightly muscled body.
When Quick Scope is on a job he dons a pair of tinted sniper goggles with a grey face-mask that covers the lower half of his face in order to conceal his and Rajesh's mutual identity. The rest of his outfit consists of a plain black shirt, a pair of armored finger-less gloves, camo pants with plenty of pockets for ammunition and running shoes.

The Legacy

Personality:
Rajesh is just an ordinary guy who is pleasant to be around and enjoys playing over video games and eating out. Quick Scope likes to clean his sniper rifle, getting payed for a job and avoiding all kinds of social interaction. While both have two separate personalities they occupy the same body because Rajesh is ever so slightly insane.
He suffers from a form of DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) and has an alternate personality in his body that asserts itself whenever anything particularly stressful happens. Despite their differences the two get on fairly well with a roster worked out between them for when they control Rajesh's body. Although Rajesh disapproves of Quick Scope's gun for hire status he does not openly object to anything except for the murder of innocents, particularly children. Quick Scope will fight for anyone and do anything if it involves a good amount of pay.

History:
Up until he was 18 Rajesh led a normal life as an ordinary citizen, he had a good family life, his grades were high and his social life actually existed. However his aim of being a civil engineer was not to be, during a trip to Europe his family was one of many caught in a battle between a villain and a hero in his hometown. Both his parents were dead and with his sister on the verge of death from serious injuries Rajesh was forced to drop out of high school and turn to small time robbery to pay off the expensive medical bills. 3 months later the medical bills were still as large as ever and hanging over Rajesh's head when he was approached by an Hospital's Director. The Director offered to permanently fund his sister's life-support if he agreed to the first human test subject for a new experimental performance enhancing drug. Rajesh agreed to the proposal without hesitation and so the tests went ahead. At first everything seemed to work well as Rajesh gained athletic abilities beyond the norm, however, a few days after the injection of the drug Rajesh that the other voice in his head was not just his imagination.
He was now sharing a body with someone else.

The Powers and Weaknesses

Powers

Power 1: Dexterity +5
Aptly named by Rajesh from his DnD experiences, after the drug enhancement his hands became faster and stronger. It allows Quick Scope to re-load and fire his gun with speed and precision and bolsters the gun for hire's knife fighting skills. Rajesh uses it to open pickle jars and to slaughter his friends in Super Smash Bros.

Power 2: Hawk's vision
Rajesh likens the ability to a zoom in function that allows both him and Quick Shot to see great distances without the use of binoculars or telescopes. Rajesh uses it to look at birds in the sky and Quick Shot uses it to replace his actual scope on his rifle.

Power 3: Speed +5
Also named by Rajesh, this one was fairly obvious to the young man as he was able to run at quite fast speeds for a short period of time. His top speed (when tested) came out to be 29-30 miles per hour.

Weakness(es)

Weakness 1: As a side effect of the drug Rajesh's body is not very strong and so Quick Scope is heavily disadvantaged in a close up fight. Although the gun for hire can keep most opponents at bay with his knives, any enemy that can overpower him in strength or is more skilled with a blade could dispatch him with ease due to his lack of power.
Basically if you take away the gun from the gun for hire, there isn't much to hire.

Weakness 2: Another side effect of the drug is that Rajesh suffers from intense migraines after Quick Shot switches out and so has developed an addiction to pain numbing pills which he pops into his mouth whenever he gets control

Weakness 3: Rajesh's last remaining family member, his comatose sister, is the only person left that he truly cares about. If her life was under a threat to blackmail Rajesh, he would easily surrender and force Quick Scope to withdraw as well.
RP Mechanics

RP Mechanic(s): Quick Scope is never out of bullets, it doesn't matter what the situation and how many he's fired there are always more flowing out of his many pockets and into his gun.

Items/Minions
1 sniper rifle (model: Mk-12)
- Fitted out to take down both Heroes and Villains if needs be, this sniper rifle has a modified firing chamber and barrel to accommodate larger bullets. Rajesh uses Mk 262 cartridges that have more gunpowder than the norm packed into them and the shells are made with a diamond tips in order to give them the greatest penetrating power possible. Quick Scope is a master sniper, powers or no his targets are always eventually brought down by his superb marksmanship.
- Quick Scope's gun has a major weakness in that it is his main weapon and without it he can be easily defeated. He is first a foremost a long distance fighter, in any close quarters fight he will not last long.
3 butterfly knives
- All three are made with a titanium alloy making them lightweight and durable, Quick Scope usually only uses them as a last resort but he is still with the blades. As he cannot actually deflect or parry the blade because of his weaker body, if he cannot out maneuver his opponent using his speed and dexterity then he will be easily defeated.

Edited: Grammar errors removed, for some reason I named the character Quick Shot sometimes so I changed that, made the history make more sense, added more detail to the weapons and switched up the powers and weaknesses

You have the body weakness on there twice.

His gun is mundane? It doesn't seem as such. Add a weakness to it.

The knives are fine.
