Stone needs a friend

Having recently had my first character app approved, I have now run up against the problem of finding a thread for him to participate in.
I now ask for help finding or creating a thread Stone can participate in, possibly about him finding a friend (as the title suggests).

Jeannie can buddy up with him if you want. she's never meet a golm before but would love to add it to the list of mythical things she's bumped into.
Jeannie can do sign language you pick up all kinds of skills when you have photographic reflexes/memory and nothing better to do in your free time. so they can work around not talking thing that way if stone can do sigh language.

Ok, sounds cool. Stone is five thousand years old, so I don't think it's implausible that Stone could have picked up some sign language during that time. How would they meet up?

My heroine, Medicine Woman, is a Native American. Her ancestors could have been alive in Stone's time. She's kind, friendly and has a warm heart. Stone might even be able sense that her great-grandmother's soul is bound with hers. Her great-grandma's wisdom in ancient AmerInd ways might even draw Stone to Medicine Woman. Please let me know what you think.

well, Jeannie has a tendance to stumble upon weird stuff. maybe she can hear stories of some creature wondering in the woods. she goes to check it out and finds stone doing golem stuff

Okay, so here's an idea: Nearby a small town, there have been sightings of a creature made of stone in the woods. Some rich dude decides that he wants the corpse of a stone monster as a trophy and begins hiring people to kill it. Meanwhile, the rumors of the stone creature are spreading, and people are coming to the town to try and catch a glimpse of it.
