Charismatic, Eric is the type of person that thrives around other people. If it comes to talking to anyone else, he has ways of endearing himself to nearly anyone given time and can turn even the greatest of enemies into allies should he truly want to. This makes his sudden rise through the business world not so difficult to believe over the fifteen years he has been working on it, and in fact perhaps more believable.

Has a positive view of metahumans and is a continual ally of their kind. Anything that he can do to move ahead their rights is something that Eric is likely around, and he has put fair amounts of resources towards such agendas. Has implemented many policies against metahuman discrimination alongside other types within his company and makes sure that such things are dealt with harshly. Believes himself to be a humanitarian, and looks forward to doing anything that would allow people to live their lives, so long as no one is hurt in the process.

When not doing his job, he comes off as friendly and somewhat flirtatious to an extent, though never to a painfully extent. Projects himself as perfect, but goes through a few problems such as alcohol abuse as well as the abuse of various painkillers. Tries not to let these problems show, but they are what mainly caused the collapse of his marriage. Grows irritable and lets his normally kind demeanor fall when this is brought to light, usually being hard on himself afterwards should that happen.

Tries the best he can to get along with his children, but find they are far too estranged.

Eric was not born into wealth but understood what  crippling poverty was from a young age. His parents did what they could and yet it was not quite enough to get them out from the poor station they were in, and that was what helped him gain a great understanding of others problems. The world was messed up even without metahumans, and a aprt of him wanted to fix that problem, so that n one else would have to go through the same level of poverty he did. If nothing else his heart was in the right place and so he kept that ideal even into his current age. His father had fallen into the crutch of alcohol and with it came violent outbursts, however even that did not really ruin him. He was a weak man, so his eventual death in a tragic accident was something that he didn’t grieve over too long.

His first step onto the ladder of success was an encounter in College with a young metahuman by the name of Arthur Wright. While he was by no means as gifted as him, both of them had become quick friends and spent a good amount of time together. At the start he managed to piggyback off the success of his more competent friend, eventually using what many would call natural charisma to eventually begin to gather support and found that his skills with business was something that many could not compare to. While not some superhuman ability, he ended up making it work as if that was the case and eventually had formed a small company within his twenties that rapidly grew. Things started off as a small medical company, branches increasing bit by byt and their reach like grand vines going outwards until he had resources that managed to…seemingly get out of hand. It was his friend that made everything manageable, but that was until a rather tragic death happened.

By then a lot had happened in his life. This being a rather unsuccessful marriage, three children and overall somehow becoming successful despite these things. What had inspired him to start an association for heroes was the very debacle that surrounded a group of metahumans breaking international lines, leading to more troubles with metahumans heroes and he had already begun working on a solution, finding that metahuman rights had lost some support. Gathering support for such a project as a government sanctioned organization to allow heroic metahumans to legally act was difficult but Eric found the challenge fun, and a part of him was even invested in it.

Vast Wealth: A level of wealth that he has accrued through years of philanthropy, choice business decisions and just luck he is one of the top ten richest people in the world through sheer wealth. This allows him to do almost anything in the world through sheer merit of resources. Heads a company that stretches across the entire world, and covers many fields. In a sense his vast wealth is considered a power within itself and allows him to gather what would allow him to compete with any metahumans should he have time.


Only human: Despite how vast his resources, he has not real powers and is vulnerable to anything that would kill a human.

Existing Injury: An injury that had happened in an accident years ago that causes him pain even to this day, Eric is addicted to various painkillers and can grow irritable if he doesn’t take them for a period of time.

Eric mostly makes use of simple technology, usually the latest smart phones and laptop’s with high end encryptions. Usually keeps a small handgun on himself for self-defense at all times.

Works out: While he might not be superhuman or even peak human, Eric does work out. He’s capable of bench pressing close to twice his own body weight, and can handle himself when it comes to fist fighting your average humans.

Personal training: Has trained under various masters of martial arts to give him a cursory understanding of self-defense and can hold himself with a master, even if he cannot defeat them. Not on the level of many superhuman combatants but is recognizably skilled.

Genius: Is rather intelligent as far as humans are concerned and has scored rather well on many measure of intelligence that have been produced.
