Dennis is the typical paragonic superhero. He is incredibly generous and loyal to his friends with absolutely no ill will towards his fellow man. Dennis will protect anyone in need no matter how much danger it might put himself in.

Dennis seems to have retrograde amnesia. He cannot remember his history or how he got here. But he does know for a fact that the reason for his entire existence is to serve justice. That’s why he swore to find the murderer of Senator Deans murderer and bring him to justice using his new task force and superhero group, Seraph.

Electromagnetic Manipulation - Dennis has the ability to control the electromagnetic spectrum, though at the moment; it’s limited to matter manipulation and basic flight.

Flight - Dennis has the power to move himself along magnetic waves present everywhere. He can move up to speeds of 600 MPH just by tilting himself forward.

Matter Manipulation - Dennis can control materials with his magnetic powers. Essentially amounting to telekinesis. By breaking the bonds in a material, he can then cause a disintegrative process; eventually leading to full on decay. (Permission Based)

Electricty Manipulation - Dennis can control electricity and fire lightning from his fingertips.

Water - Water mutes his powers, not outright stopping them; but making them incredibly sluggish to the point of near uselessness.

Static Absorption - Materials such as carpeting, plaster, etc. can absorb static electricity. If enough of this is built up, the electricity will be fired back on him and injure him.

Magnetism - Due to his relatively low experience with his powers, Dennis has trouble controlling organic material and other low magnetic materials.

Supernatural Charm - While not a traditional superpower, it is nearly impossible to hate Dennis. His entire body just oozes charm and likability to the point that truly hating him isn’t really an option.
