Hello, I'll be handling your app today.

It seems well put together, and is mostly alright. However, you state she can recovery from damage quickly under the Durability power.

Is this just long term, out of thread healing?  If it is actually regeneration, that's a separate power.

Also, all your weaknesses are either not physical or are not specific. Please change a few to balance her powers out.

Omni-Girl's fast recovery is just for out of thread healing: She can't regenerate wounds in the middle of battle, but she spends very little time on the hospital bed recovering from broken bones and savage beatings.

I don't think I understand. Her distinctive appearance and vulnerability definitely relate to her physical body. Do you mean something like a physical limitation or weakpoint that can be exploited in combat?

I DID leave her vulnerability a bit vague, though, to make it mysterious. I've updated that section to explain it a bit better.

Your durability is even higher than the man we dubbed 'Supes' on here, and that's Pain.

Even Pain cannot shake off rocket explosions to the chest. At least, not without a few scratches or bruises.

I'm going to need you to explain her limitations as a weakness.

Also, having big boobs isn't a weakness, and never should it be. You choosing to give your character a set of enlarged mammary tissues is not my problem.

Tone it down. Also, the 'known identity' can be considered a weakness, but a very cheap one considering your character will eventually not care about people knowing what they look like.

Most heroes that go mask-less do, after all.

I don't know who that is, sorry. Regardless! I have toned back her toughness. I wasn't trying to give an exact measurement of her durability, I just wanted to evoke a certain image.

I don't understand. I alluded to her figure in the RP Mechanics section of my application. Are those treated as weaknesses...?
If you're referring to her distinctive appearance, I imagined it could be a weakness since her appearance makes it difficult to maintain a civilian identity. Cleopatra doesn't want to be a superhero 24/7, but she can't help but draw attention to herself. This can lean to - at best - getting swarmed by curious/angry civilians or - at worst - getting a surprise visit from a vengeful villain or enemy pursuer.
I've removed the Distinctive Appearance weakness, along with her Hypercognition power to balance it out.

I don't consider Omni-Girl's identity a weakness since she has no secret life to hide or family to protect.

You can keep it as a weakness, but I don't see it as one in the capacity that you view it as. At least, her large bust size. Her hair, eyes, maybe her recognizable costume. But literally just alluding to the fact that her large bust size is one of the main reasons she's recognized? I find that a bit offensive. Haha.

Cause if that's a weakness, my OC Uzma's big ass can get her in trouble, then.

But, of course, I find that ridiculous so let's move on from that.

It's not that I want you to lessen your durability, I just need you to account for it by wording it better. Because we all dislike our OC's getting wrecked easily, but I also know that it's not entirely plot-fun/friendly for other people when your character is just an immovable, indestructible force.

That's fair, and I didn't mean to make things weird. I was just goofing to make the tone a bit light-hearted.
I'll re-add the Distinctive Appearance weakness, with the description modified.

I know what you mean. I figure Omni-Girl's high durability won't be a problem since she will regularly be getting into non-conventional trouble: Enemies with laser cannons, magic curses, mind control and all manner of strange dangers. I don't want Omni-Girl to be indestructible, I just wanted it to be clear that - as a superhuman - normal attacks are beneath her as she takes on giant threats.
So, yeah! Omni-Girl wouldn't give a damn about knives or guns, but I would definitely be okay with her getting knocked around by powerful attacks from supervillains, monsters and the like.
