Personality
Rafe was a selfish, arrogant, demanding, ruthless, and ill-tempered young scientist; someone who has never allowed bygones to be bygones. He wanted to be known for something other than his inheritance, and had hated the fact that he'd been given everything on a silver platter his whole life. He's grown more mature since then, but not a ton has changed. Most of the time he can be apathetic, cynical, and threatening. Despite his outwardly cold nature. he is also very protective and loyal to his friends and companions and is willing to go great lengths for those who matter to him. He can be kind-hearted and caring with the people he loves.

History

Rafe was born in Russia, but later moved to America. As a child, he lived in an american household with his abusive father, a former soldier, and his cynical, but loving mother. Being an alcoholic and abusive parent, Rafe's father wasn't an ideal parent, however he was a outstanding business man that worked a criminal syndicate and made billions operating in New York. Instead, Rafe's mother turned to Rafe for support, while also teaching him that relying on others was foolishness, and that the only things in the world he could depend on was himself and his own gun. His parents knew he was a meta human, and so were they.

After his father died of a heart attack, Rafe was tasked to takeover the business he had left behind, so Rafe did just that and ran the criminal business, in fact he ran it even better than his father. His superior intellect allowed him to do this, so with his intellect he created Craven Incorporated. The company was for technological advancements, and they did just that, and within' five years they were already one of the top companies in the world that created new technologies. Rafe had created the first working on demand teleportation device that could send one person at a time anywhere as long as the user was able to see where they are teleporting to, however, US goverment officials deemed it too unsafe for public use and offered a large sum of money to buy the design, Rafe promptly declinced and sold the design to Russia for an even higher price.

And after selling it to them, Rafe and his research team developed stealth capable aircrafts, that went completely invisible, he sold those to the US. Rafe was essientially arming both countries for an even larger plan. All that while managing the criminal business at the same time.

Powers and Weaknesses

Rapid Cellular Regeneration: Rafe has the ability to regenerate all kinds of cells at an increased rate, resulting in any and all physical and mental injuries perfectly healing and regenerating in a matter of seconds or minutes. This power stops Rafe from aging past his mid twenties. And also grants Rafe perfect health and body, immunity to all illnesses, defects, disorders, drugs, toxins and other physical flaws. Rafe's physical needs are greatly reduced or completely removed. These needs include air/breathing, sleep/rest, food, drink, bodily evacuations, shelter from environmental effects and their lack (heat/cold, dryness/wetness), etc. Rafe is also able to stay unmoving without normal effects this would have. He can survive in space forever even. He's also at peak human physical ability.

Super Intellect: Rafe's intelligence is significantly above standard genius level intellect; possessing exceptional intellectual ability, creativity, and originality, to a degree that is associated with the achievement of new advances in a domain of knowledge, he can deduce very quickly, able to analyze individuals to understand if said person has any training, or in some cases, powers, based on their behaviors, habits, and movements, all this with bits of information. He is gifted with higher mental faculties such as a more powerful memory, better calculation skills, greater reasoning skills, and superior learning capacity. With this said, he was taught many different things, ranging from academic subjects to combat training.

Hypercognition: Rafe can instinctively or with little effort perform complex mental operations beyond the capability of a normal human mind. This allows him to calulate many different probable outcomes in a fight, picking out the most likely. He can anticipate an enemies next move, action or idea. His ability to calculate as well as deduce this quickly and easily allows him to have what some might consider to be "super reflexes", but in reality he just calculated ahead of time. He has this ability because of his super intellect. The more you fight him, the more he understands the patterns in ones fighting style and abilities, becoming more familar with them, almost as if someone is first learning to ride a bike. (This power will be used like super reflexes.)

Reinforced: Rafe's skeleton is made of a material he created called 6-01. 6-01 is a very dense, artificial, iron/titanium-based alloy that is virtually indestructible. A sufficient amount is capable of surviving multiple nuclear explosions with no damage. His entire skeleton is made out of this material, he went through a process he invented called Skelemorphing, the only known way to survive this process is to have accelerated healing and the technological know how. Along with his skeleton is augmentations made of the 6-01 and adavanced technolgical means. These augmentations are in every limb of his body that enhance his speed, agility and strength. Allowing him to be peak human in most peoples eyes. All his implants/augementations are made out of 6-01, making them just as durable.

Invisibility: Due to implants throughout Rafe's body, Rafe is able to make himself unseen by the naked eye and become invisible in visible spectrum. Making him completely transparent. No visible spectrum at all is capable of seeing him in this state, not infared, X-Ray, nothing. This ability works with not only him, but his clothing, and anything he's holding or on him. This does not mean he can turn other people invisible, and this works only on objects that he can physically carry.

Tech

Wraith Mk. VI: Covering Rafe from head to toe when within' it, is a suit of armour made of a highly durable metal alloy, much like his skeleton, it's made of 6-01 it's a very dense, artificial, iron/titanium-based alloy that is virtually indestructible and lightweight. This grants him near superhuman durability. The suit it's self has hydraulic systems and many major internals that grant near superhuman strength, allowing him to lift tons of pounds. The alloy alone helps protecting on it's own by absorbing impacts and releasing the energy elsewhere to protect the wearer and to minimize damage. The entire suit being powered by a small reactor within'.

C-51: The C-51 is a implant connected directly to Rafe's brain with neural sensors and probes for seemless use inside his skull. Rafe uses his brain to control all his tech. The C-51 has scanning capabilities, allowing him to scan three hundred meters around himself so he can scan and map out the area on an subatomic level like radar, and can medically analyze beings for the metagene. He can also scan beings for threat levels, emotions, and any visible weaknesses. (Permission based)

Four-Eyes: This cybernetic enhancement helps his eye sight to see vision filters (X-Ray, Infared, Nightvision), as well as protection against flash bangs. The enhancement also boosts his aim and tracking ability, as well as his analzying/deducing capabilities. He can also do medical scans on other people/things on the fly, as well as run facial recognition (permission based). The enhancement is also it's own mini supercomputer, connected to the C-51, allowing for a computer like system inside his head he can use on the fly. He's also wirelessly connected to the internet, and protected by many defenses to make it impossible to hack into or exploit. The eye also projects a HUD like display into his sight when inside his suit.

Energy Manipulator: The suit is equipped with energy projectors in it's gloves and chest piece, with that the energy from the suit can be used for blasts,shields,ect. The shields created act like force fields, while the blasts fire concentrated energy blasts that can blast through most materials, that being metal, glass, almost everything.

EMP: Sends out nanites into the air and space that are capable of sapping everything near by of it's energy, essentially stealing the power, that in turn shuts down or interferes with electronic devices.

Teleporter: Rafe created a device that he implanted into his skull that is connected to all of the other implants within' his body. This teleporter allows Rafe to teleport at will, but has a recharge rate of two seconds, other than that it has unlimited uses, he can teleport himself and anything he is holding, if it is an item it can't be any heavier than a ton, and if it's a person he needs to be touching them. He can also travel anywhere he wants at any point in time without having to see it (Will be used as a entrance into a thread and exit only.)

Twin Blades: Twin titanium and graphene composite blades that come out above the suits gauntlets, 8 inches in length, 3 in width.

Flight: The suit is capable of flight because of thrusters that are inside it's "boots" and other areas of the suit, they are powered by the reactor, like the rest of the suit, capable of making him fly.

Sally: Sally is a semi automatic revolver pistol that is loaded with .50 caliber bullets. This gun is quite the beauty.

Armed and Ready: Rafe is geared with an assortment of grenades, flashbangs, grenades, etc. (All mundane.)

The Bullet Rafe's pride and joy, this beauty was a near billion dollar investment, mostly due to the engines research and development. The car it's self is fitted with a reactor that allows it to go mach speeds, and becomes semi-intangible, able to drive around and phase through objects while moving. The vehicle is armoured and properly reinforced with his signature 6-01 alloy, rendering it highly durable to nearly everything. In order to properly ensure safe travel with the car, the car is fitting with a energy shield that is activated when the car is going mach speeds, forming a cone infront of the vehicle for proper aerodynamics. (Idea was totally not stolen from our good friend Luke <3)

Mentality: Rafe is a sociopath and does not feel empathy or compassion for many others. He's aware of his sociopathic tendencies, he can easily off someone if it served his purposes without a second thought. Rafe also has an abundance of pride, sometimes he'll allow his foe to have the upperhand, just so he can beat them even after they had the upperhand to rub it into their face. He's also quite cynical so Rafe has little heart for anyone that isn't close to him, i.e Family, friends etc. But of course he still cares about people. If you hurt his family or friends. He'll hunt you down in a furious manner, mostly likely he'll challenge you, even if he's "outgunned".

Strong Magnets: His skeleton is made of metal, enough said.

Neat Freak: If anything is out of place or dirty, it bothers him greatly, almost like a OCD type behavior.

Over Confident: Sometimes Rafe is so sure of himself that he may underestimate his opponent.

Invisible: Rafe's implants cannot cloak his armour. One way he can be seen while invisible is through magic, any locating based magic that senses life forms or however it may be, is capable of sensing/seeing him.

Radiation: Enough radiation can disrupt the C-51's scanning abilities, and shortens the scanning range greatly. It also reduces the scanning effectiveness significantly, making it have a high chance to scan incorrectly, or not scan at all.

Fire: He has a fear of fire, so whenever he feels threatened in the presence of it, he becomes uneasy and paranoid. At times this can be visibly seen, as he'll appear to be in distress.

Concentration: Rafe requires concentration to teleport, break it and he'll be unable to.

RP Mechanics

Powerful Individual: Rafe is well known name accross the globe for technologies, and being known to be extremely wealthy. His intelligence is applauded as well, being given nobel prizes and all. He has developed some of the most advanced technologies on the planet, and has a pool of resources at his disposal.

Implant: Implanted in his brain is a "shield" of sorts, meaning it impossible for him to be directly manipulated by any power, such as telekinesis or blood manipulation. (Pls no insta kill)

Fixed spelling mistakes and fixed some formatting, and added some extra stuff, added invisibilty to add some flavour to him when he's out of his suit, ready to go for approval!
