Evanna Lynch=played luna Lovegood in harry potter who's a similar crazy chick like Jeannie,some of Jeannie's kooky mannerisms are inspired by luna . has the right look for Jeannie ,and I love her voice it's so dreamy and sweet,and her accent would be perfect for how Jeannie would sound.
Margot Robbie= can't wait to see suicide squad have to see to get the full effect but based on the trailers she made a good Harley Quinn who is quite similar to Jeannie loveable crazy chick.So she'd be a good choice for Jeannie.
