History: Abadoned for years, the group was refounded by Alex after discovering the hidden lair once more. In an effort to carry on the legacy, he decided to form another superhero group to uphold their mantle of the Knightwatch.

Group Rules:
1. Refrain from killing, We decided as a group if death is necessary.
2. Only use powers to help, not hurt.
3. Do not reveal identity of fellow teammates, and any other information important to the Phantoms.
4. Brain over brawn, use your intelligence to your advantage and don't do anything stupid.
5. Try to stay within the law, we aren't hypocrites, but remember you are here to protect these people.

Guidelines and Outfittings
Unless absolutely necessary, do not kill your enemies and keep collateral damage to a minimum. We are protectors, and cannot put personal gain before our cause. All captured super humans, depending on the signficance of their danger, are to be imprisoned at either our headquarters, or one of the prisons we have established in the major cities. Regular humans, in most cases, are to be turned over to the local authorities. Within reason, all members of Knightwatch will have access to funds to acquire any necessary equipment.

  Knightwatch was founded and created by a group of actual people and their OC's. This right here is the closest thing to plagiarism we have...except for Thistle and Venus. This group was not your idea and as far as anyone is aware you don't have permission to simply up and use it as your own.

  If this is really going to be a group I'm going to mandate the written consent from Chellizard, Ranger or Phantom before anything else is even allowed to be applied to.

Reason for Joining Knightwatch : Assuming he would have heard of Knightwatch through one way or another, the organisation would fit his ideals as a police officer, and allow him to use his powers more openly and freely to help those in need.

Main skills : Caleb is the smartest of the smart and is pretty much a multipurpose techie/science-person. A handy guy to have when it comes to maintaining the knightwatch base. As for fighting, Caleb comes equipped with his own "supersuit"

Reason for Joining Knightwatch : Caleb's just starting out the hero-game after an "incident" with a ninja attacking him whilst he was preparing for a dnd-game sparked an interest in that sort of community.
