Cool. Now we'll just have to decide where to start. Miracle Boy will just jump in if he sees an obvious crime. So maybe if Devastate was being paid to wreck a place we could start with a fight.

I got something better how about the villians are beign paid to steal a biohazardous weapon. If you do catch the main guy that is hiring the villians it will not acctually stop the villians because one of them is in it just for the weapon.
