Inhuman Reflexes
Character Advancement Description: Chie's enhanced eyesight and combat skills have allowed her to react to things at speeds that the fastest bullets. Her eyes can keep track and aim at things moving at inhuman speeds.
Item/Character Advancement Weakness(es): While her ability lets her react at incredible speeds, Chie is still limited by her average human physique. While a peak human, she can only dodge or block speedsters. Her powers have limits too, as anything faster than her cap of about 1,422 meters per second (4,665 feet per second).
Item/Character Advancement Price: TBD
