While Lu Wei Jia has 'only' lived -for some 2000 years, in her time as the Senior Scrivener of the Luminous Library she recorded vast tomes of knowledge. Under the effects of a potion the prevented her from forgetting a single word even as her sense of time became murky, the Scrivener holds a trove
of untold knowledge in her mind.  Secrets long forgot, horrors beyond imagining, and wisdom so profound as to shake the pillars of heaven... all of this she has access to.

Jia can recall a vast amount of obscure occult information, though by her nature she is barred from using much of it.  Having lived since before the birth of Christ and being entrenched in a magical library will do that to one.  While she cannot record this knowledge, she can impart lessons and training to others.

System: Living Repository of Forbidden and Esoteric Knowledge

Weakness(es):
Though her knowledge is beyond compare, the Scrivener does not have access to every discovery imaginable.  There exist completely novel and alien magics and powers that lie outside her experience. And while she tries to keep abreast with hyper-science and other esoteric matters, her background and ability to access this information leaves her limited in those regards.

Peerless Instructor
Though Jia had perhaps the greatest education imaginable, she has never participated in formal education. While the majority of her studies were self-directed, she was given the responsibility to instruct many of her siblings.  Rather than organize group lectures or classes, she instead created entire curriculums of individual instruction and self-study.

Jia is able to understand the strengths and shortcomings of her pupils and guide them toward their goals. With both her perceptual skills and melena of understanding, she can draw out the strength of any being.
