Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Hawaii
the roaring waves crashed on the shore, dying on the sand in streams of white lace, new ones eager to take their place and perpetuate the endless cycle.
rise. crash. fade.
rise. crash. fade.
bluescreen watched the churning chaos that was the ocean from her towel, and wondered at how something this vast, this wild, could be predicted this easily. that humans had advanced this far, this fast, truly was amazing.
Zachary had insisted on coming to hawaii, calling it a "rich people right of passage." bluescreen had humored him. she did want to see the world after all. and the world had not disappointed. as soon as they had stepped off the plane, there had been bright colors in every direction. hawaii was beautiful. and it just figured that after coming zachary would just sit inside playing video games. bluescreen sometimes did not understand that boy.
as she lay on the towel on the beach, reading a book, bluescreen wondered when something interesting would happen. she had almost been hoping for it these last few days, and she was bored. a place like this had to still have crime right? or maybe it was just better hidden.

Re: Hawaii
Rays of sun baked down upon the sun kissed sand filling between Danny's toes. A tanned hand strode down Danny's brow to place a pair of black framed sunglasses over her eyes. Her eyelids remained flushed with only a tiny hint of a blink occurring under the lids. Danny rested her back against the now cooled towel, contorting her legs under the pressure of a well needed stretch. The groan accompanying whisked away all the stress the crime fighter accrued over the months.
Finding a beach without the constant threat of a frisbee or a child running over someone made Danny bask in the glow of her sharp eye. Well done. She told had told herself while unfolding her towel. Now there is no one here to bother you with even the most mundane of requests. And so it would seem, others stumbled upon such a pristine piece of paradise. When she arrived, Danny would blame on the wonderful air for not knowing, but for now, it felt like Danny needed to get moving back to the hotel.
Danny stood up, wiping loose bits of sand from her blue and black bikini. She reached over to grab her towel, tossed it in a bag and then tucked her toes in between the strap of her flip flops. She tied the knot of a red sarong around her waist, letting it fall with the tie just below her hip while the length of the far side stretched down almost to her knee. With her bag around her shoulder, Danny began making her way back towards the tree line encompassing the lava rock flanked walkway leading back to the hotel.
Danny offered a mild smile to Bluescreen from a good fifty feet away as she continued her pace. The sand slowly became thin and loose. At first Danny thought nothing of it. Her first mistake. Another step of her foot pounded on something metallic and hollow. Lifting her other foot from behind to strike her next step allowed too much weight to force into the metal, causing the ground to give way.
A hole appeared. Then Danny disappeared into the depths below.

Re: Hawaii
As Bluescreen laid on her towel, staring aimlessly, she noticed a woman smiling at her. The woman continued walking towards the hotel and bluescreen was about to turn away when she heard a scream from where the woman had been. She jerked her head around to look and just managed to catch a bit of falling brown hair out of the corner of her eye before it too disappeared beneath the sand. Bluescreen walked ower to where the woman had fallen, muttering “what the hell?”. When she reached the spot where the woman had fallen, bluescreen ran her hand across the sand, looking for any kind of clue as to what had happened.

Re: Hawaii
The little bit of sand lining the floor did nothing to break the sound or pain of the crash. Danny began lifting herself off the ground with the help of her throbbing hand. Nothing broke thankfully, or at least if it did it killed all the nerves so she did not know about it. "I'm guessing a land shark didn't build this." Her sarong needed a quick redo, but all in all, Danny needed to count her lack of injury as more of an upside.
A pattern of lights ran down the sides of the hallway. Once they ran the length of the corridor, they stopped briefly before making a return, eventually passing Danny by. Regardless of which way Danny stepped she appeared half way between either door. Both doors were farther down then the hole above her, but a distinct feel of gravity still existing on this planet made an easy escape more difficult.
A bracelet however, now that would never go out of style. All she needed to do was put up a quick ladder in her favorite shade of turquoise, and walk her way out of this secret base. But, as she put her hand on the first rail, the allure of finding a secret base set in. "This really shouldn't be here." She looked at her ladder. "But, I need to keep this here."
Stepping back, Danny turned around, coming face to face with a door directly in front of her. She looked down to the doors at either end of the hall, then examined the door before her. No knob, but the center of the door looked like it would open to the sides. No mechanism. No control panel. Well, Danny had a plan at least. Conjuring a turquoise bar, she pried the door open, sliding herself through with enough of a crack for herself to hopefully get back out.
She took two steps before a siren blared through the room. The door slammed shut and a gas began to seep out through the room.
